I want Inv to know that I really don't care what he looks like… even if I do think the current him is… uhh… pretty attractive to me…
Besides the physical attraction, I want him to know that I care on a more emotional level. It's silly to be thinking like this despite only meeting him around 3-4 cycles ago but I'm putting all my chips in. I want him to know im truely serious about us. We already have our souls bonded but Inv is still worried about his true physical appearance!
If I can shatter this final barrier between me and Inv… I feel we can truly start getting close to one another.

'Damn, I'm so down bad…' I look up at the ceiling of the corridor, amazed by my own thoughts of possessiveness.
"Joey, i don" I hear Inv say as I feel his head turn towards me.
Looking down I lift my paw off of Inv's head.
"Feeling full?" I ask him.
"Mhm, no mor hungr" Inv nods back while standing up from his prone position.
Seeing the crimson red stains covering Inv's mouth while flowing down to his chest. I can already tell I'm going to be tasting so much iron later… but it's going to be so worth it!
It's kinda concerning how I'm so unbothered by gore… maybe it's a Inv thing? I only think it's hot when Inv is involved?
Ok, locking that into the back of my mind for eternity. Or soul? I dent fucking know.
"Good! Now we just have to find food for me and we can get back to the shelter" I say as I pick up a rock that I dropped earlier.
My dumbass almost forgot it again from the shelter. I ain't leaving the shelter again without some sort of weapon.
"I sory… i ait al de lizrds…"
"It's fine Inv, I can't even eat lizards anyway"
Inv looks a bit surprised at me from what I just said.
"U cant eet lizrds???"
"Nope, my teeth are way too flat to even chew lizard meat, see?" I open my mouth pointing at my dull teeth.
Giving Inv a good look I close my mouth and start to smugly grin.
"Besides, you out of everyone should know how dull my teeth are. I think you cleaned every single one when we were making out~" I slightly tease Inv, also remembering how his tongue was when it was in my mouth.
I never knew how through a tongue could be until I felt Inv's in my mouth. I can still taste Inv at this very moment…
"W-wel, u-umm… s-sory?" Inv Mumbles out with a shy look.
Walking up next to him I lightly jab my shoulder into his side with a playful grin.
"You don't have to be sorry Inv, you can clean my teeth anytime you want~" Damn I'm getting much better at this flirting thing!
"W-w-wa…i-i…" Inv stutters not able to make a coherent word while starting to shine dark red.
Heh, I win this round. As I'm about to tell Inv to start following me however…
"R-rlly?" I hear Inv squeak out. His fingers poking each other as he looks down at me.

'Uh oh… in the good way'
"Y-yeah, anytime…" I say back, my earlier smugness quickly disappearing. Being replaced by nervousness and embarrassment.
Seeing Inv look down at me, I feel both of his paws gently press down on my shoulders. His head slowly approaching mine.
'Uh oh'
Seeing Inv's face slowly approaching mine, I see Inv starting to stick out his tongue right towards my mouth! I was only joking when I said he could do it anytime! Well actually, i wasnt, but still!
Before Inv can advance any further I gently put my paws up to Inv's face, holding it back from that tongue entering my mouth.
"J-joey?" I hear Inv whine, confused why I stopped him.
"I-Inv… we can't do that here…" I say back quietly with bated breath, not wanting to hold Inv back but also knowing now wasn't the time to be french kissing in a place where a lizard could jump us out of nowhere.
"B-bu u saed…"
"I know Inv… but not out in the open where anything can attack us. Somewhere safe… like in the shelter" I reasonably say to Inv. feeling like what i just said was pretty logical.
Hearing my words, Inv slowly puts his tongue back in his mouth. A slight pout on his face which I find adorable.
"Dat… maks sens…" Inv says to me, his paws still on my shoulders.
Feeling that I just avoided an intense making out session that could have possibly killed us (that fills me with regret) I expect Inv to take his paws off my shoulders.
But suddenly!
Inv's head quickly bends down to mine. His lips quickly pressing against my lips.
Before I can even process the kiss, Inv is already pulling away. Leaving me stunned by the sudden quick kiss.
'W-wha?' I dizzily think to myself, completely caught off guard by the sudden display of affection.
From what I'm feeling right now, my eye is probably shining red at the moment.
"D-dats alowed, wight?" Inv nervously asks back, slightly looking away with his tail swaying side to side, his skin also shining a bright red.
"Uhh… y-yeah. You can do that when you uh… feel it's safe enough" I say to Inv, not able to say no to free kisses.
It was really nice to see Inv initiate the kiss this time. Even if it was for like a split second.
Clearing my throat trying to get us back on schedule I push down these feelings. Food first! Fluff later!
