The Engineering Haro squad was clanging and banging away, dismantling the wreckage.

Meanwhile, Luca was flipping through the data reports of the Wakandan fighter jet in front of him.

The reason he started dismantling the fighter jet immediately after bringing it back wasn't just to harvest Vibranium for synthesizing [Vision].

After all, with the judgment capability of his Golden Finger, he only needed to place a Vibranium armor plate of sufficient weight into the transmutation circle to meet the requirements.

His main purpose for doing all this was to 'know the enemy.' He wanted to understand Wakanda's technological level through this fighter jet.

But the more Luca learned, the more disappointed he felt.

Looking at this jet alone, although its performance far exceeded the current era, the actual technology used was... frankly, a bit too mundane.

"I thought Wakanda would have a unique Vibranium tech tree. Guess I overthought it."

In Luca's eyes right now, Wakanda was like a chef holding a bottle of magical all-purpose seasoning.

The reason they could cook exquisite dishes that dazzled everyone...

Was essentially because they found ways to steal recipes painstakingly researched by other chefs around the world. Then, they replicated these recipes step-by-step and added their unique spice.

Finally, they shamelessly claimed, "We possess the most advanced culinary techniques in the world."

But in reality, the only commendable part of Wakanda's so-called "advanced culinary techniques" was the trivial detail of "spice ratio."

In other aspects, they truly had nothing to show for themselves. Without that final step of adding 'spice,' their dishes might not even taste as good as those made by the chefs who invented the recipes.

On the other hand, 'chefs' like Tony Stark and Bruce Banner were the true masters capable of innovating on existing 'cuisines' and leading technological progress on 'Food Street.'

In fact, if Wakanda had shared this 'unique spice' early on, perhaps the world's 'culinary techniques' would have long reached unimaginable heights.

Sigh, what am I thinking? If it were me, I probably wouldn't be willing to share it either.

However, after a bit of thought, Luca could understand why Wakanda took this path.

Ultimately, it couldn't escape the concept of 'path dependence.'

Technological progress itself actually values theoretical foundations and innovative thinking more.

Wakanda was, after all, just one independent country with a long history of isolation.

Perhaps Wakanda occasionally produced a genius or two who could lead the era, but compared to the pioneers in various fields constantly emerging from the rest of the world, it wasn't worth mentioning.

And when they discovered that while outsiders used spears, they could easily win with Vibranium spears...

While outsiders built planes, the planes they built with Vibranium were superior in every metric...

This successful path of 'stealing tech + Vibranium' would naturally be revered as truth by the vast majority of Wakandans.

Conversely, if Wakanda had truly isolated itself and painstakingly researched a unique 'Vibranium tech tree' as Luca had previously hoped...

It's very likely they would have been stuck because they missed a basic mathematical formula already solved by the outside world, leading to a situation where having Vibranium still left them behind overall.

"So, you still need a sufficient population to birth more geniuses and continuously drive technological progress~"

"But this is good too. At least Wakanda has made some achievements in the application of Vibranium. It saves me the time of researching how to process it later..."

"Eh? Wait. Why am I treating Vibranium as my own asset already? That's not good... I'm not a bandit!"

However, just as Luca was enlightening himself, a Cat-Eared Haro beside him was suddenly taken over by Hakimi and actively reported.

"Detected an external signal attempting to connect to this fighter jet's mainframe. Should we counter or intercept?"

"Huh? Someone is trying to hack my plane?!"

Hearing this, Luca's eyes darted around, and a mischievous smile appeared on his lips.

"Heh, don't intercept or locate. Try a reverse hack for me! And make it subtle~"

After handing the matter over to Hakimi, Luca couldn't be bothered to stare at these aircraft parts with little learning value.

The 'Genetic Mutator' needed another week to complete deployment. Now wasn't the right time to cause trouble.

Luca simply picked up the Aurantius Haro with one hand and lifted a heavy piece of fighter armor wreckage with the other, heading back to his secret chamber.

Here, the other materials needed to synthesize Vision were already prepared.

Luckily, Yuri's cloning equipment meets the standards. Otherwise, I might have had to go help Helen Cho perfect the Regeneration Cradle.

But I should try to get in touch with Dr. Cho later. Nanotechnology is quite practical in various aspects.

Brushing aside the slight emotion in his heart, Luca placed all the materials into the transmutation circle one by one. He took half a step back, breathed out a bolt of lightning in his half-dragon form, and quickly leaned down to press the ground.

Synthesize!

The familiar white light flashed.

When the light faded, standing in the center of the array was a naked man with red and silver skin and the Mind Stone embedded in the center of his forehead.

"Fck! I forgot to prepare clothes!"

Luca, who had been focused solely on synthesizing [Vision] and hadn't expected this guy to appear in his birthday suit, felt his eyes assaulted and subconsciously turned his head away slightly.

It's a robot. He doesn't have a ding-dong! It's a robot. No ding-dong... Fck!!

Clearly, Luca hadn't expected that the synthesized result would be Vision in his newborn state.

After all, Mitsuki, who was also a 'synthesized human,' appeared as a fully grown adult and even came with a complete set of Chakra metal armor.

However, perhaps because the synthesized [Vision] was in a newborn state, seeing Luca turn his head away, he just tilted his head with a somewhat innocent look and observed his 'creator.'

After a faint sound like metal scraping against metal, yet also like flowing water...

Vision directly mimicked Luca's shirt and vest outfit, generating a complete set of clothes for himself.

Noticing the movement out of the corner of his eye, Luca turned back to look at Vision, who was now dressed just like him.

If not for that red head with metallic stripes, he would have looked somewhat like a butler.

But...

"Hey! Why does your right arm... also not have a sleeve?!!"
