Faye Dean struggled to sit up. "Help me up. I want to hug you."
Seeing her frown, her expression so pained, Frank Morgan couldn't bear it. He said, "Don't get up. I'll stay here with you. I'm not leaving."
Faye Dean pouted. "I'm afraid I'll fall asleep, and when I wake up, you'll be gone again. I always tell myself that you'll come back to me, but every time I wake up, you're not here..."
"I'm not that strong. I need someone with me, too. I'm so scared of being lonely... I was so scared of being all alone when I gave birth... I'm so scared..."
Tears fell as she spoke.
Frank Morgan's heart ached. He slowly leaned down and wrapped his arms around her shoulders.
Faye Dean immediately raised her arms. She couldn't sit up, but hugging him like this was nice, too.
「Outside the hospital room.」
