Just then, Faye Dean's voice cut in. "I think you're not trying to figure out how to get away, but how to take advantage of me! A good-for-nothing freeloader like you who doesn't even help with chores—I knew you were no good from the start!"
Hearing the girl's furious voice, Adrian Quincy frowned and asked, "Did you bully her?"
Frank Morgan immediately denied it. "Sir, I did not!"
Faye Dean insisted, "Yes, you did!"
Frank Morgan: "Young Master Quincy, I really didn't."
Faye Dean: "You don't even have the guts to admit what you did! Coward!"
Frank Morgan: "Young Master Quincy, I really didn't."
Faye Dean: "Yes, you did! You did!"
Seeing the two of them bickering nonstop, Claire Sinclair couldn't help but timidly interject, "Um... sorry to interrupt, but what's going on? Do you two know each other?"
Adrian Quincy took the initiative to explain, "Claire, he's one of my subordinates."
