Fiona King and Sharon Sterling weren't in the same exam room. Fiona had only heard rumors about Sharon bombing her morning exam, but they hadn't run into each other, so she hadn't had a chance to say anything.
Just then, Miller completely ignored Sharon Sterling and struck up a conversation with Fiona King. Seeing the pale, awful look on Sharon's face, Fiona felt a bit uncomfortable.
After all, back in class, Miller had always been quite attentive and polite to Sharon. Her high class ranking demanded it. Fiona, on the other hand, was just an average student and wasn't particularly favored by their teacher.
Finally done talking with Miller, Fiona King walked over to Sharon Sterling and tried to comfort her softly. "Sharon, don't overthink it. Your grades are so good. Even if you mess up one exam, you'll be fine as long as you do well on the others."
