"What's wrong?" Damien Valerius was the first to notice that something was off about Aurora Sterling.
Hearing Damien Valerius's question, Mrs. Sterling and Timothy Sterling also turned to look at her.
"Yes, Aurora, did you think of something?" Timothy Sterling asked nervously. Ever since he'd realized his daughter was no ordinary person, Timothy Sterling had started paying close attention to her every subtle expression.
Aurora Sterling lifted her gaze and looked intently at Timothy Sterling. "Dad, when you were cooperating with the investigation, did the police tell you anything else?"
"Anything else?" Timothy Sterling was momentarily confused.
"Something like the contents of Joy Dalton's last phone call," Aurora Sterling stressed.
"The phone call's contents..." Timothy Sterling thought carefully. "The police didn't reveal much to me, but they did ask some strange questions."
"What questions?"
