Sierra Sutton glanced at the time as he drove, then looked at Clara Grant in the rearview mirror and said, "Miss Grant, it's already time for lunch. Why don't we eat first? We'll have more energy to have fun after we've had a proper meal."
Clara Grant thought for a moment and didn't refuse. "Alright."
'Even if the adults aren't hungry, the baby needs to eat.'
She then thought about how the baby was born and raised in the U.S.A and probably liked Western food, so she suggested, "Then let's just get some Western food."
"Sounds good." Sierra Sutton nodded in agreement.
Clara Grant, however, lowered her head and took out her phone to text her class president, asking for time off.
Chloe Grant followed them in her car to a Western restaurant. She sat down at a table where she could see their every move without being easily noticed.
