She suddenly remembered asking Seth Quinn to look into Marcus Jarvis, and quickly asked, "Oh, right, I asked you to check on his situation before. How did that go? Is it… is there something wrong with him?"
Seth Quinn glanced at her. Seeing her anxious expression, a small smile touched his lips. "So far, there's nothing wrong."
Skylar patted her chest. "You scared me. I was so worried…"
Before she could finish, an abrupt voice called out from ahead of them. "Well, if it isn't Skylar."
Clara and Seth Quinn both looked up. Standing before them were none other than Cedric Grant and Jean Jarvis. The voice, clearly, had been Jean's.
She strode forward to stand beside Skylar. Before Skylar could say a word, Jean glanced at her and Seth Quinn, then spoke first. "A family of four out for dinner? Skylar, you look pretty happy these days. What, not going to make some introductions?"
As she spoke, her gaze swept over to Marcus Jarvis, who stood beside Skylar.
