"Stop the car! Stop, stop, stop..."
The car was speeding down the road to the suburbs when Clara Grant, who had been silent the whole time, finally couldn't take it anymore and yelled at Seth Quinn, who was driving, to stop.
Seth Quinn slammed on the brakes. The tires screeched against the pavement with a piercing "SCREECH" as the car pulled over to the side of the road.
Seth Quinn's brow furrowed slightly. Just as he was about to look at Clara Grant, she quickly threw open her door, jumped out, and ran to the side of the road to throw up.
Startled, Seth Quinn quickly got out of the car as well. He walked up behind her, patted her on the back, and asked, "Are you okay?"
His only answer was the sound of her retching repeatedly.
Clara Grant vomited until there was nothing left in her stomach, leaving her with only dry heaves.
