"You're being a little too cautious. We're honest people. If it wasn't for a work transfer, I wouldn't be willing to sell this house at all," the man said, sounding a bit impatient.
Cecilia Adler said patiently, "We don't know each other. A little caution is good for both of us."
The group talked as they entered the housing management office.
After they explained their purpose, the official checked the man's documents and proof of identity. Once everything was confirmed to be in order, the house was transferred to Cecilia Adler.

"We won't need that long. We'll be gone next Friday," the woman said.
