Chen Mo led Zhou Ze into the hypnosis room and had him lie back on a comfortable recliner.
"Zhou Ze, look into my eyes." Chen Mo's voice turned soft and slow. "Relax slowly. Don't think about anything..."
Zhou Ze's gaze gradually grew unfocused as his breathing evened out.
"You feel very sleepy now. You really want to sleep..." Chen Mo continued guiding him. "You've entered a dream, a very real dream..."
Zhou Ze's eyelids slowly drifted shut, fully entering a hypnotic state.
"Where are you right now?" Chen Mo asked softly.
"I... I'm in a pitch-black place..." Zhou Ze's voice sounded faint and distant. "So many bugs... So many black bugs..."
"Don't be afraid. The bugs won't hurt you," Chen Mo soothed. "What do you see?"
"I... I'm wrapped up in the bugs..." Zhou Ze's voice trembled with fear. "They're taking me into a cave..."
"What's in the cave?" Chen Mo continued guiding him.
"A... A huge monster..." Zhou Ze's body began to shiver. "It... It wants to control me..."
