Chapter 163 - Don't Need To Feel Surprised

The word teleportation that had just slipped from Alvein's lips immediately made Arvin's eyes sparkle with excitement. Without the slightest hesitation, he immediately accepted the old book handed to him.

With fiery enthusiasm, Arvin opened page after page of the ancient book. His eyes moved quickly reading the rows of ancient text and analyzing the arrangement of the complex magic circles depicted inside.

However, after only two minutes, Arvin immediately closed the book and returned it to Alvein.

"Thank you very much for telling me about that teleportation magic book, Alvein." Arvin said with a very sincere and satisfied tone. "That magic is indeed very useful for me!"

"But... why did you return this book so quickly?" Alvein asked in confusion, accepting the book with a furrowed brow. "Have you really finished reading it?"

"Yes! And I have mastered everything written in that book inside my head, which is why I returned it to you to be kept in its original place." Arvin answered with an extremely natural, casual expression.

"That fast?!" Alvein exclaimed in disbelief, his voice unconsciously rising a little until it echoed inside the silent library aisle.

Allen, who happened to be looking for a book on the next shelf and heard the surprised exclamation from the fourth spouse, immediately laughed freely.

"Hahaha."

That laughter immediately made Alvein turn his head and look at Allen who was walking towards them.

"Why are you laughing, Allen? Is there something funny about my question?" Alvein sulked, feeling a bit pouty for being laughed at.

"Of course your reaction just now was very funny, Alvein! Hahaha." Allen answered while trying to subside the rest of his laughter, then patted the silver-haired youth's shoulder. "Earlier in the kitchen I already told you that our husband is a super genius, right? Whatever he sees, he will instantly master in a flash. So, from now on you don't need to feel surprised like that anymore."

Instantly, Alvein fully realized. The handsome youth who had now officially become his husband was truly not a human, but a disaster-bringing monster walking in the form of a good-looking youth. Without commenting any further, he hugged the book handed to him tightly.

Seeing the funny expression on his fourth spouse's face, Arvin raised his hand and gently stroked his hair.

"Thank you for your help, Alvein." Arvin said gently.

The warm touch on his head immediately melted away all the astonishment in Alvein's chest.

Ah... why should I worry about his absurdly crazy power? Alvein thought in his heart, feeling stupid with his own train of thought. I am his spouse and he is my absolute master as well as my husband! I shouldn't judge him negatively! My duty right now is only to stand by his side and fully support my husband!

"You are welcome, Honey!" Alvein answered, immediately followed by a very sweet, wide smile on his cute face.

However, later, when their positions were close, Alvein's free hand accidentally touched the front of his husband's pants. He instantly felt that the shaft behind the fabric of the pants was erecting hard.

Alvein's eyes blinked. He looked up at Arvin's face, then his finger deliberately rubbed his husband's erecting shaft behind the pants slowly.

"This shaft of yours really always gets erect and responds quickly once you see the smiles of the four of us, huh?" Alvein teased with a mischievous tone, whispering softly.

"I really like the sincere smiles from the four of you!" Arvin answered bluntly, not denying the existing facts at all. "If I didn't like your smiles, there is no way my body would react naturally like this."

Even though Alvein basically already knew that fact, still, hearing the honest confession coming directly from his husband's mouth made his heart feel so happy that a wide smile full of happiness bloomed on his face again.

After being satisfied teasing, the silver-haired youth released his hand from his husband's pants.

"I will put this book back on its shelf and continue looking for a magic book about cloning!" Alvein said enthusiastically. "If I find another magic that could possibly help in your plans, I will definitely tell you immediately, Honey!"

"Yes, Alvein. Once again, thank you."

Alvein immediately turned around and half-ran towards the shelf where he took the teleportation book, then resumed his search.

Arvin and his four spouses continued to comb the library meticulously. But until they checked the very last shelf in the darkest corner of the library, the result remained zero.

During the hours-long search process, Arvin used his time to absorb so much other magic knowledge. Because of the sheer amount of magical structures and high-level magic theories he had learned and crammed into his brain inside the royal library, it made Arvin feel a little nauseous and dizzy.

"It seems there is truly not a single book in this giant library written about cloning magic." Arvin said breaking the silence, letting out a soft sigh because he felt a bit disappointed their main search yielded no results. "Let's just wrap it up and leave here. I have to go to the academy immediately to meet with Dean Saires and register Alvein as a student there."

Allen, Alrain, Ordion, and Alvein nodded in agreement. They were of course willing to accompany their husband wherever he went, including to the academy.

Without wasting any more time, the five of them walked together out of the library room and down the palace hallways to meet King Garland in the throne room, simply to bid farewell formally.

Upon arriving there, the king who was discussing something with his minister immediately stopped his conversation and greeted them warmly.

"Have the five of you finished your business in the library?" King Garland asked from upon the throne.

"We have, Your Majesty." Arvin answered politely and respectfully, speaking on behalf of his four spouses. "Thank you very much because you have been generous enough to allow us to use the royal library."

"It is no problem at all." King Garland replied with a dignified smile. "If another time you want to come here again to read, the doors of this palace will always be wide open for you and all your spouses."

"I feel very honored by your generosity, Your Majesty." Arvin said sincerely, before finally taking a step back and bowing to pay respects to the king. "In that case, my four spouses and I beg our leave to excuse ourselves to return home."

"Yes! Be careful on your journey."

After bidding farewell, the five of them turned around and stepped out of the throne room. They walked along the palace hallways, passed the courtyard, passed the guards, until finally exiting through the main gate.

Now, they were back under the scorching midday sun on the capital streets. They walked side by side, blending in with the bustling residents, and continued their journey on foot toward the academy building.

In the middle of that fairly relaxed journey, Alrain suddenly turned his head toward Arvin walking beside him.

"My Love?" Alrain called out suddenly, his tone sounding a bit hesitant but filled with curiosity. "If you register Alvein to the academy today... but then we all will resign from that academy after the inter-kingdom tournament is over, wouldn't that registration become very useless and just a waste of time? Why don't we just resign from there today?"
