Nino and Merrygold stand in front of the Occult Club Room door.
Nino:「H-Hey Merrygold d-do you mind s-staying out here, w-what I need to d-do shouldn't be s-seen.」
Merrygold suddenly gets fluste-
Nino:「N-NOT L-LIKE T-THAT M-MERRYGOLD!」
Nino says flustered now.
After a few moments of awkward silence Merrygold speaks.
Merrygold:「s-sorry nino… But that's fine I'm sure whatever your doing is important and not mast-」
Nino:「MERRYGOLD!」
Nino says more flustered and angry.
Merrygold:「Fine fine I won't tease about that.」
Nino finally calms down.
Nino:「T-Thanks Merrygold n-now I shall b-be heading i-in now.」
Nino gulps with some courage to not stutter on what she's about to say.
Nino:「Merrygold whatever you do, do not and I mean do not look inside for your own safety and don't break in just wait until I get out.」
Nino loses her courage to speak up without stuttering and goes back to being her normal self.
Merrygold:「For my own Saf-」
Before Merrygold can finish, Nino heads into the room and locks the door behind her, cutting off Merrygold.
Merrygold:「NINO!」
Inside Nino goes to the counter and grabs some stuff from it and the shelves and cabinets. She then moves stuff out of the way and starts setting stuff up and drawing a weird circle. After drawing the circle and setting everything up she heads to the center of the circle and sits down, legs crossed.
Nino gulps and opens the strange book that she has that looks ancient that she always has and starts chanting after closing her eyes.
Nino:「Oh sunken ehye drag ya ph'nglui shogg ng mgah'n'ghft ya nilgh'ri cahf ah ng isn't. Ph'nglui mgn'ghft, ph'nglui n'ghft ahagl nilgh'ri mgr'luh ng nilgh'ri don't mgr'luh, ahagl nilgh'ri ah, ahagl nilgh'ri ah nafl. L' mgr'luh ya ng mgah'n'ghft ya ahf' ahagl ah ng ahf' ahagl isn't.」
When she opens her eyes after the chant she's in a sea of darkness null of light and she floats around the sea in her thoughts devoid of emotion in this moment.
She thinks of lots of questions while floating around in the sea of darkness.

…Nino stops questioning after hearing the otherworldly voice.

Nino suddenly wakes up still sitting like she was when she was chanting and she breaks a cold sweat. She is nervous a little, a little bit scared but knowing now.
Nino:「G-God I will never get used to that… p-probably.」
Nino stands up and cleans up and heads out of the occult club room and sees Merrygold and Rose.
Merrygold:「You good Nino?」
Nino:「Y-Ya I-I'm g-good…」
Merrygold:「It doesn't seem like your good, your sweating quite a bit and you seem like something spooked you.」
Nino:「L-Like I s-said I-I'm f-fine.」
Merrygold:「If you say so, but as you can see Rose is here. She just arrived 15 minutes ago. It has been 30 minutes so me and her have been talking and Rose would you like to explain.」
Victoria Roseanthal:「Gladly.」
Rose explains to Nino that they will have to go to the cafeteria about now because a meeting is going to start soon and it would be a good time to eat and that's the voting area. But she also explains that she wants Nino to be prepared to get suspects already and that they need to find out who are the other roles.
After the explanation they start heading to the stairs back to the first floor then to go to the cafeteria in the North Wing. On the way they give themselves proper introductions but Nino doesn't say much about herself because she prefers to keep most about herself secret. And after a while of chatting Merrygold says…
Merrygold:「Nino come on, open up a bit more to Rose she's someone you can trust.」
Nino:「B-but…」
Merrygold:「No but's Nino, I know it's hard to trust somebody but she's a good person and she is one of my best friends of course your number 1.」
Victoria Roseanthal:「Hey!」
Merrygold:「But Nino just trust me that you can trust Rose and how about you talk about your Si-」
Nino:「Merrygold…」
Nino says cutting Merrygold off coldly and no stutter which makes Merrygold flinch because she knows she just made a mistake and almost slipped saying something Nino hates to talk about.
Merrygold:「s-sorry nino I almost slipped up and we promised not to talk about that… it's fine if you don't open up and what do you want me to do to compensate.」
Merrygold says sadly.
Nino:「I-It's fine Merrygold, y-you can compensate m-me w-w-w-w-with… headpats…」
Nino says the last part extra shy, her face red making Rose confused because she didn't hear the last part but Merrygold can tell what it is.
Later when they're walking when Rose has to use the restroom Nino gets her well deserved headpats which she loves getting from Merrygold.
After a while they finally arrive in the Cafeteria, and when they head in Nino freezes in place sweating.
Merrygold/Victoria Roseanthal:「What's wrong Nino?」
Merrygold and Rose say in sync.

Merrygold and Rose rush to her side and Merrygold says to Nino panicked and worried for her.
Merrygold:「Nino! What's wrong!」
Nino snaps out of it, calming down a little bit.
Nino:「E-Everything is fine…」
Victoria Roseanthal:「Something is clearly not fine you suddenly panicked and started repeating why to yourself over and over again」
Nino:「I-It's all good j-just something t-t-t-that y-you guys s-shouldn't concern y-yourselves with…」
