"Hey, come look over here!" called out the guy wearing the red cape.
"Hmm? What is it...?" the young girl asked as she slowly walked toward him, curiosity filling her expression.
"Look... The ground is releasing these glowing particles. They're shaped like stars..." the boy said excitedly.
The girl looked down at the ground.
"Uhh... you're right. It really is releasing star-shaped glowing particles."
"So what is it?"
"I don't know... Should we try touching it?"
"You do it."
The girl immediately moved away and hid behind a nearby bush.
"Ayyyy! Why are you so far away?!" the boy shouted.
"Shush your mouth and just touch it!"
"Tch...! She's making me do all the work without helping me?" He sighed deeply.
"Since you won't do it..." He looked at the strange glowing particles.
"Okay! Okay! Here goes nothing!"
The moment he reached toward the light, it began to grow brighter and brighter.

The light intensified until it completely surrounded his hand.

The boy looked down at his hand and his eyes widened by the sight... He was holding a scroll.

A lightning spear flew straight past them, both of them froze. The spear narrowly missed them before disappearing into the distance.
Their smiles vanished...
Slowly, they turned toward the direction from which the attack had come. And there he stood the very same person who had put on a spectacular display during the first test.
