As we flew over the mountains we began to look around for the Charizard tribe which was supposedly around the volcanic regions here in the mountains.
If not that we could go check the frozen caps of the nearby huge mountains where maybe a Scorbunny could be found.
But now it was all just about finding them…

"Char! Char! Char!" (Cmon you stubby legs! Run faster!) A young Charmander said to themselves as they ran with all their might while carrying a molten metal core in there hands, something they could easily hold with them being a fire type.
"ROOOOOAAAARRRR!!!!" Not to far away the roar of an enraged pokemon was heard loud and clear as they made their way towards the direction of the young Charmander.
"Oooonnnniiiiixxxxx!!!!" (Give that back you thieving bastard!!!) the enraged Onix roared out after smashing their way out from within the mountainside before turning to where the fleeing Charmander was running.
To give a bit of backstory to what is happening right now this young Charmander was from a tribe of Charmander, Charmeleon and Charizard.
But our Charmander here was a mischievous one and liked to leave the tribe unnoticed to explained around the mountains and seeing more of the world outside of the safe areas of their tribe.
It's a rather innocent desire to see the world, but the older ones in the tribe know that exploration is too dangerous for the young and weak Charmanders, but this one saw this as a challenge instead.
What if they found something that could help them evolve faster, and so whenever they went out they searched for anything that could help them get stronger.
Sure if they stayed around the molten magma of the volcano they would surely evolve, but that process was slow so they decided to go search for something more worthwhile.
And after going out to travel many times they found nothing until today where they stumbled upon an Onix cave.
And within that cave they found the sleeping Onix holding a molten rock core as they slept, this molten core is in all actuality an unrefined version of the item [Metal Coat] said to help them evolve into Steelix.
However the young Charmander didn't know that and saw it as an item that could become useful in gaining strength for itself, so while the Onix was sleeping it quickly and quietly snatched it from the Onix.
However the Onix soon felt the sudden change in temperature around it and soon lead it to wake up before realizing its treasure was missing.
Soon it flew in a rage to find the one who stole its Metal Coat Core which ultimately lead to what was happening right now.
"Char! Char! Char?!?!" (Got to get out of he- WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!?!) Charmander couldn't help but say as another on rush of pokemon from the opposite mountain came barreling down towards them.
"Scor! Scor! Scor!" (I said it was an accident already!) A young Scorbunny said as they were now running in tandem with Charmander.
"Snooowwww!!!!" (Like hell it was you little bastard! You set me on fire!!!) The Enraged Abomasnow shouted out as it kept chasing Scorbunny, noticeably the backside of the Abomasnow was charred and smoking, clearly they were lit on fire recently.
"Scooorrrr!!!!" (I'm sorry for sneezing!!!) Scorbunny couldn't help but cry out as they kept running, clearly accidentally sneezing out a small fire by an Abomasnow that they mistaked as a large snow covered pine tree.
"Char?!" (Why are you running with me?!)
"Scor!" (I'm not running with you! Your running with me!)
"Ooooonnnnnniiiixxxxxx!!!!" "Snooooowwwww!!!" (GET BACK HERE!!!) the two angry pokemon shouted out as they kept chasing after the smaller but slightly faster pokemon, but they were catching up on them.

Meanwhile back with our hero's who were still flying around the mountain range.
"Tink! Tinka!" (Hey! What's going on down there?) Tinkatuff pointing towards the ground as I went to look and see what she was talking about.
"What the…. It's an Onix and Abomasnow." I said seeing only the two pokemon and the dust cloud they were making.
I could hear them roaring in anger, but they weren't attacking each other but were running alongside each other.
"Are they…. Chasing something?" It was hard to tell as we were quite high up here before I noticed something rather bright and shining at me that was in front of them.
"Let's see what's going on then." I say before tapping Roaring Moons side before we began to descend downwards to get a better view of what is going on down below.
Though soon enough my eyes widened as I saw what was happening, it was a pair of both Charmander and Scorbunny running away from two angry Onix and Abomasnow.
"Moon! Dive down to them!" I shout out as Roaring Moon roared out and dived down as I pulled out two more of my pokeballs.
"Larvesta! Heatmor! Attack the Abomasnow, Tinkatuff! Pupitar! Scolipede! Stop that Onix!" I commanded them as Larvesta, Heatmor and Tinkatuff jumped down while I called Pupitar and Scolipede out of their pokeballs to attack
The 5 of them all shouted out before using thier moves on them, Tinkatuff smashed her hammer into Onix while Pupitar used [Stomping Tantrum] while Scolipede smashed down with [Iron Tail] at the same time Heatmor and Larvesta used Flamethrower on Abomasnow.
"On….. ix..."
Aboma….. snow..."
Before either of them could react they were easily taken down much to the shock and awe of both Charmander and Scorbunny.
Roaring Moon soon lands down on the ground as I get off and pet my pokemon, "Good job guys! You handed that perfectly." I said as I looked at the knocked out Onix and Abomasnow.
'Luckily this world doesn't follow the Pokémon's game logic of shrinking when defeated or else I'd have problems with catching pokemon.' I think to myself before pulling out two great balls and throwing them at the knocked out pokemon.
Soon enough they are pulled inside and after a few shakes and two *Pops* and the two were captured as I took the pokeballs before putting them away as I go and look at the two small pokemon as I walk over and knelt down while Tinkatuff and Scolipede come to my side.
"Tinkatuff, Scolipede, tell them we aren't going to hurt them before and ask why they were being chased." I ask them both to which they nodded and began talking to Charmander and Scorbunny.
And soon enough I figured out everything that happened, though I did find Scorbunny's reason a bit funny because of sneezing a small flame to burn Abomasnow.
"Can I see that core?" I asked to which Scolipede Translated as Charmander came a bit closer to show me the molten core.
I assumed it was a Heat Rock that could boost Fire type moves but when I used the system to scan it before I realized what it was.
"Of course, now it makes sense why Onix was chasing you, that's not a Heat Rock that could help you get stronger, it's a unrefined [Metal Coat] Core, it's something that Onix needs to evolve." I said to which Tinkatuff translated.
"Char!? Char….." (What!? Then what am I going to do to get stronger now….) Charmander said sadly to which I just chuckled as I looked at these two small pokemon as I smiled.
"If your looking for a way to get stronger then you can come with us and you will be evolving in no time at all." I said as after all I did have the Pokemon Challenges available to all of my pokemon to do.
"Char?! Scor?!" (Really?!)x2
"Of course, all of the pokemon here were brought up to their current strength mostly due to my help, so I can definitely get you both up two your final evolutions in no time at all." I say to them as I hold out my hand to them.
They look at each other before nodding as they place their hands in mine and smile happily at the thought of getting stronger with the help of another.
I smile at this as my dream of getting a starter was completed, and I was lucky to get two!
