Chapter 225: The Debut After Four Years – Tucker's Ten Thousand Feather Slaughter
Warship Island.
Approaching noon.
At the harbor dock, the scene was bustling. Numerous newly built standard warships lay anchored, awaiting their buyers to take delivery.
Behind the island—
Atop the mountain previously flattened by a single psychic slash from Luo Han, a palatial structure resembling Pangaea Castle had been erected.
The message was clear: the one who had it built harbored ambitions that mirrored the World Government's.
Inside a tall circular tower on the left side of the palace, a round, massive figure stood before the twelve-meter-high floor-to-ceiling window, gazing directly at the port.
The prosperity below didn't lift his spirits. His mind was preoccupied with a single figure he couldn't shake.
"Hey, Kyo (Silver Axe) ," said the figure quietly, his stance unmoving.
"It's been four years... You think Blue Demon is still in the New World?"
"Why worry, Ochoku (Wang Zhi)?" replied Kyo (Silver Axe) , lounging on a luxury sofa, swirling a glass of red wine. The gold and gemstone rings on his fingers glittered with every motion.
Gulp. Kyo (Silver Axe) downed the wine. "That guy? He's probably been quietly taken out by the World Government already. He never had the kind of Armament Haki defense that Rocks did."
"Heh. That's true."
"If he dared to attack Mariejois, there's no way they'd let him live long."
Ochoku (Wang Zhi)clanked back to his seat, armor glinting. Despite being on his own turf, he wore a full set of golden armor and never let go of his longsword.
Gulp. He emptied his glass, then said with excitement,
"These past four years have been a jackpot!"
Kyo (Silver Axe) nodded.
"We only meant to build a few ships and leave. But once we got that order from Shiki, it opened the floodgates!"
"More pirate captains came to us. With the shipyard on Warship Island, our influence spread quickly. We've taken over ten nearby islands!"
Clenching his fist, Kyo (Silver Axe) added, "A few more years and we'll surpass Rocks and rule the New World—"
"No."
Ochoku (Wang Zhi)cut in, striding back to the window. "We'll rule the world."
"Damn right!"
The two men laughed madly, arms spread as they stared into the sea, ambition burning in their eyes.
But a moment later, Ochoku (Wang Zhi)squinted. "Kyo (Silver Axe) , are those... black specks?"
"Specks?"
Kyo (Silver Axe) peered out. "Three of them... and they're getting clearer. Looks like ships."
"Could it be Shiki?"
"No, Shiki's order just shipped yesterday. None of his guys are scheduled today."
"Then who—?"
"Blue Demon."
"Blue Demon!"
They shouted in unison, exchanging panicked glances.
Looking again, a chill ran down their backs.
The three ships had already arrived above the port. Two of them they recognized well—one was a 300-meter-long ex-Rocks standard battleship produced right on this island.
The other bore a familiar green cross—Green Cross Pirates, now under Luo Han.
Which could only mean:
Blue Demon was here.
They could already feel the oppressive aura pressing down.
Only Rocks himself had ever made them feel like this.
And now, only Luo Han could replicate it.
...
Aboard the Penguin, Eles asked,
"They're holed up in that palace. Shouldn't we go in?"
"What if they run?"
"Relax." Luo Han smiled confidently. "They'll come to us."
Why run? Ochoku (Wang Zhi)and Kyo (Silver Axe) knew all too well—Luo Han's power rendered escape meaningless.
"I'll let Tucker and Akatsuki handle this."
"It's time they built their names. Fame will attract other pirates to their cause."
"Got it," Akatsuki replied.
"Leave it to me, Luo Han!" Tucker grinned, already fantasizing about shocking the world.
A'Nai was right… My time to conquer the world starts now.
Meanwhile, Warship Island's residents saw the three airborne ships. Unlike the visiting pirates, they recognized the green-crossed flag instantly.
"Blue Demon's back… he's reclaiming Warship Island!"
"Yes! We can finally live without fear."
"Under Ochoku (Wang Zhi)and Kyo (Silver Axe) , things were relatively stable… but pirates still attacked, and the fights always happened right here on the island."
"Blue Demon always kept the battles offshore…"
Wait.
The residents looked at the hovering ships—
They weren't heading out to sea this time.
"Oh no!"
Terror swept the crowds.
"Run!"
"Evacuate from the back dock—head for the hills!"
"Move!"
Panic broke out. People dropped everything and sprinted for the rear of the island.
Some visiting pirates were bewildered. One grabbed a fleeing man.
"What are you running for?"
"Let go! Blue Demon's here—and he's going to fight on the island! Get out while you still can!"
The pirate froze.
"Blue Demon… No way… The lunatic who attacked Mariejois?!"
He turned pale and joined the fleeing crowd.
Elsewhere, reactions varied. Some were stunned, others skeptical.
Even those who believed Blue Demon had returned chose to stay.
They wanted to see for themselves—was he really that powerful?
Besides, if Ochoku (Wang Zhi)and Kyo (Silver Axe) could weaken him, maybe they could swoop in and seize the opportunity.
...
Back at the port plaza, Ochoku (Wang Zhi)and Kyo (Silver Axe) arrived with their trusted elites.
Aboard the Penguin, Luo Han smiled.
"They're here."
He turned to Tucker and Akatsuki.
"Your time to shine. Remember—if you can win in one blow, don't make it two. Nothing's worse than an enemy dragging it out just to gloat."
"Just squash them!"
Everyone blinked.
"Do people like that really exist?"
They couldn't imagine it.
"I'm going down," Akatsuki said simply.
ZAP!
She vanished in a flash of lightning.
"I'm going too!"
Tucker blinked out as well.
Luo Han sighed. Compared to their dramatic entries, his own was feeling kind of lame.
Maybe I should develop something stylish… Like Thanos on his throne—spinning around dramatically, aura flaring.
He mused, just as a sizzling crack of electricity echoed through the plaza.
A massive figure suddenly appeared—Akatsuki, radiating lightning.
"So beautiful…"
"So stunning…"
Her presence stole the breath of everyone watching.
Moments later, a second figure appeared beside her—Tucker in full beast form.
"That woman… is she a giant?"
Ochoku (Wang Zhi)frowned. Fifteen meters tall—could be.
"And that guy… he's Green Cross Tucker, right?"
"Hey! Where's Blue Demon?" Kyo (Silver Axe) demanded.
"You don't qualify to talk to us. Send him out!"
Ochoku (Wang Zhi)added, "You two nobodies aren't worth our time."
Some of the surrounding pirates were stunned. They'd thought Tucker was Blue Demon, based on his monstrous form.
"Akatsuki—who do you want?" Tucker asked.
Akatsuki frowned slightly at being called 'big sis,' but replied coolly:
"That fat one."
"You bastards!!" Ochoku (Wang Zhi)and Kyo (Silver Axe) raged.
They're just picking who to beat like it's a game!
"Attack! Capture them!" Ochoku (Wang Zhi)barked.
"Make Blue Demon show himself!"
Kyo (Silver Axe) echoed the order.
Their troops surged forward.
"Haha!"
"I'll handle the small fry," Tucker laughed.
He leapt into the air. Behind him, his wings unfurled—razor-sharp metallic feathers shimmering.
"Ten Thousand Feather Slaughter!"
He flapped.
Thousands of feather-blades rained down like a storm.
The pirates tried to block, some activating Armament Haki.
"Hmph! Weak tricks."
But they were wrong.
Each feather was laced with condensed Armament Haki—far stronger than theirs.
BOOM BOOM BOOM!
The plaza erupted like a battlefield of exploding bombs.
"ARGHH!"
"NO!"
"HELP!"
Only Luo Han, via spiritual sense, heard their cries.
"Not bad," he murmured. "Wide area, strong force."
When the storm ended, silence fell.
Where once had stood over a hundred elite pirates, now remained only a mist of blood.
"Holy…!"
The watching pirates gulped hard.
Dust settled. The plaza looked like a war-torn ruin.
