Samantha and I watched the whole thing in silence until she asked, "Is that all?"
I replied, "Kind of under whelming, huh."
She sighed, then said, "Well, if that's all. Then I'm leaving."
"Yup, I'll see ya if I see ya."
With that, she walked out and left.
I sat there still taking it all in. I was hoping that I would feel better, but I don't. I thought this would be more jovial. A real triumphant moment of revenge.
But, I only feel a little lighter. Like the weight has been lifted a little. Like I still have more to do.
I sat there watching Tyrell's body smoke and smolder, never really catching on fire.
It seems like even after death an awakener's body keeps some of its abilities.
That is an interesting piece of information. I wonder if you could transplant body parts to gain abilities?
