Chapter 83 - Chapter 83 - The Hidden Truth of Divine Warriors

An old man stirred his coffee while sitting in a wheelchair, reading a book. His hair was messy and almost completely white.

‎"Hmm... a mystery woman? This woman is really powerful..." His voice sounded strained, but not weak.

‎Suddenly, the door burst open. It was Griffin and Tyouro.

‎"Grandfather."

‎"Here he is, the boy who perfectly mastered heat wave emission."

‎Tyouro swallowed hard, waiting for the old man to turn and look at him.

‎"Ah... he looks weird..."

‎"His name is Mr. Fushi Simon. He's weird."

‎"Alright... come here and show me what you've got."

‎Mr. Fushi turned around, and Tyouro's eyes widened in surprise.

‎"Eh?!"

‎"Idiot."

‎Mr. Fushi pushed his wheelchair toward them. "Tyouro, how do you feel about that wave emission? Better? Does your body feel heat?"

‎"Uhm... no, well... if I use it too much..."

‎"Idiot. There's a limitation. If you use it too much, your body will burn." He threw a book at Tyouro.

‎"HEY!"

‎Tyouro paused and looked down at the book. Divine Warrior? What does it mean?

‎"Uhm... what does Divine Warrior mean?"

‎Griffin handed him water and bread before walking away. Tyouro smiled and took them. "Thanks, sensei."

‎Mr. Fushi took a sip of his coffee. "It's a history of warriors... It's hard to explain, but I'll show you something."

‎"Follow me."

‎Tyouro nodded and followed him as Mr. Fushi opened a door filled with books.

‎"Woah..."

‎"You like history?" he chuckled.

‎"I like fire... but I want to learn about those histories. Like... just summarize them."

‎Mr. Fushi looked at him and smiled. "Idiot."

‎"Hey! Stop calling me idiot! I could beat you!"

‎"Divine Warrior is my favorite history book. It started with two unknown women, twin sisters. They were born from nothing but abilities... powerful energy. They were separated far away from each other."

‎"The first girl lived in a forest. She had death manipulation. I'm still studying it, and I found out it's hard to counter."

‎"The other girl... her twin sister... is a legendary immortal. I still don't know everything about her. Both of them..."

‎"As far as I know, they're extremely powerful. Maybe God made them lucky... or maybe God is evil."

‎Tyouro's eyes widened as he covered his mouth. "What?! Really?! That's crazy! Is that true or fake?!"

‎Mr. Fushi took another sip of his coffee. "Believe it or not... it's true."

‎"Eh?!"

‎Meanwhile, in Reikosha Academy, inside the classroom, Kairo was sleeping while Tine was teaching about how energy works. Yura was listening carefully.

‎Kimimaru was skipping class again with Ishika as they hung out.

‎"Hey, Maru! Buy me this cute warrior figure!"

‎Kimimaru glared at her.

‎"Please~"

‎"...Fine."

‎"Yay!"

‎They wandered around, eating and shopping. Kimimaru looked slightly annoyed.

‎Back in the academy, Tine threw a piece of chalk at Kairo, waking him up.

‎"Hey, Kairo, wake up. This is a lesson. No sleeping allowed."

‎"Y-Yes... sensei."

‎In the afternoon,

‎"A date?!" Arlot shouted.

‎Kairo kicked him and whispered, "Yes, it's a date, so shut up."

‎"B-But how? She doesn't like you!"

‎"She will trust m-"

‎Suddenly, someone kicked him.

‎"Ow!"

‎"Who's that?!"

‎He looked up and saw Yura standing there.

‎"Y-Yura?!"

‎"Stupid. You're 19 and still acting like a child. Immature."

‎"So what? At least I'm having fun!"

‎"Oh really? Then who are you talking about for a date?"

‎"Uhm... not a date, just like... a play date, hehe..."

‎"Funny."

‎Kairo walked away laughing. Yura watched him, then sat on a bench, staring at the ground.

‎"Doro... I promise you... I will be the best woman fighter. That's why I train harder and harder..."

‎She bit her lip as she sensed something behind her. She looked down and saw a shadow.

‎"A shadow... long hair... it's..."

‎Her eyes widened as she jumped up and stepped back, looking ahead....

‎Far away from Reishin, in Grimrach, an old lady sat on a throne with cold eyes and a calm posture.

‎"I order you... to kill Judas Emerson from Reishin Reikosha Academy. She's working there."

‎A man nodded and smiled. "I promise, my majesty, you'll get what you want. Anyway, King Leonard failed to bomb Reikosha Academy. I already told one of their guards to plan carefully, and I've been watching the academy since that day."

‎The old lady laughed. "That's good work, Eru." She smirked and leaned forward. "Kill that b*tch, Judas Emerson... and I'll give you a reward."

‎"I promise, my majesty." He bowed and walked away.

‎The next morning, Yura woke up and sat up. She looked around and saw Kimimaru, Ishika, Kairo, and Hero around her.

‎Kairo raised an eyebrow. "Hey, what's wrong? We saw you collapse yesterday."

‎Yura tried to remember what she saw... a floating woman... long hair... cold eyes.

‎"I... I just saw something... a woman... long hair... she was floating... she stared at me coldly..."

‎Kimimaru's eyes widened. "That's dangerous... I think there's another villain targeting this school."

‎Hero paused and looked at Yura. "Did she do anything to you?"

‎"She didn't..."

‎Kairo thought for a moment. "Maybe we should tell Sensei Shougo and inform him."

‎Ishika nodded. "That's a great idea. I'll tell him."

‎Kimimaru watched her and shook his head. Hero elbowed him. "You okay, man? You look like you've got a type now. It's my first time seeing you like this."

‎"She's not my type. She's annoying," Kimimaru replied coldly.

‎Ishika walked to the faculty room and knocked on the door. When no one answered, she slowly opened it and saw Shougo sleeping.

‎She sighed and slammed her foot on the table. "Sensei! Yura has a fever and needs to tell you something."

‎Shougo woke up and nodded. "I'll be there."

‎She raised an eyebrow. "You're being lazy, sensei." She pouted and walked away.

‎Ishika returned to the room and slammed the door.

‎Hero flinched and glared at her. "Hey, can you be serious? Yura has a fever and you're slamming the door-"

‎Shougo suddenly burst into the room. "Sorry, guys, I'm late. What happened to Yura?" He looked down and sat beside her.

‎"How are you feeling, Yura?"

‎Yura looked at him. "I... I feel like my body is burning... and I need to tell you something, sensei..."

‎Shougo nodded as he touched her forehead, feeling the heat. "Go ahead."

‎"Yesterday... I saw a shadow behind me, and when I turned around... it was a woman... floating... cold eyes... long hair... that's all I remember..."

‎Shougo's eyes widened slightly, then he nodded. "Thanks for telling me, Yura. I'll inform the school."

‎Kairo watched them and whispered to Hero, "He's so calm..."

‎Hero rolled his eyes. "Yeah, but deep inside, he cares. He's always like that... caring for his students more than himself."
