Frigga placed her hand on Thor's cheek. "You have always tried," she said softly.

Thor closed his eyes for a moment. The palace of Asgard still looked the same as always, but the mood inside was heavy.

Odin slowly turned toward the throne. "Asgard must move forward," he said. "Even if this loss hurts us."

While in the Abyss there was an momentarily green shine as if someone is saying he is alive.

Earth – Arasaka Headquarters, Underground Research Level

Deep underground at Arasaka headquarters, Ethan stood inside a secure lab. In front of him, inside a reinforced containment field, were fragments of Uru metal taken from the Destroyer.

The metal looked dark, almost black, but faint silver lines moved through it, showing it still held some energy.

Ethan studied the data on his holographic screen.

He quickly learned two important things.

First, Uru was extremely hard to forge. Normal Earth technology was not enough to melt or reshape it.

Second, it did not just conduct energy—it absorbed it and amplify it along with the user, kind of like an Mystical symbiotic connection.

When he tested it with a small amount of his own dark, death-based magic, the metal absorbed the energy instead of resisting it. It reacted especially well to curse and necromancy-type power.

" Maybe there is still destruction magic left of Odin that's why it's greedily absorbing the Death and Curse energy" he mumbled and then their was another problem.

"To forge this properly, I'll need a much stronger energy source," he said.

He looked toward a heavily secured vault deeper in the facility.

Inside was the Space Stone energy beads.

The cosmic energy of space stone he extracted is secured here.

"If I release controlled amounts of its energy, it should create enough heat and force to reshape the Uru," he thought.

Then he considered what to make.

Armor was unnecessary.

A hammer didn't interest him.

A spear was not to his liking.

Even a staff to channel the power of Quan Chi was not much needed now.

After a moment, he made his decision.

"A god-killer sword," he said simply.

" The powerful Celestials have power to manipulate technology so I might loose there if I just can't rely on my tech so a magical god killer sword is needed"

He would forge a sword from Uru and infuse it with death, curse, and necromancy energy. With the right balance of cosmic power and magic, it could potentially harm even extremely powerful beings.

He already had everything he needed:

Uru as the base material.

Cosmic energy from the Space Stone to forge it.

His death-based magic to empower it.

Now it was just a matter of calculation and control.

Ethan began adjusting the energy routing systems in the lab.

"If gods exist," he said calmly, "it's smart to have a backup plan."

Inside the containment field, the Uru fragments were being cut into equal pieces to get prepared for the forging.

Ethan watched the automated precision tools work for a few seconds longer, then turned away.

"For now, stabilize the energy levels and keep the Space Stone output capped at five percent," he instructed the system. "I'll continue this later."

The lab AI confirmed the command.

The heavy doors slid open behind him.

Sharon stepped inside.

"What is it?" Ethan asked without turning around.

"Nothing urgent," she replied. "Coulson was asking if they could get a piece of the Destroyer to study."

Ethan paused briefly.

"They can have it," he said calmly.

Sharon blinked in surprise. "You're giving it that easily?"

He shrugged. "They won't be able to fully understand it."

She crossed her arms. "You're that confident?"

"Yes," Ethan replied. "The material science alone is beyond current Earth standards. The energy matrix is even worse. Without cosmic-level power or advanced mystical knowledge, it's just exotic metal."

He walked toward the exit.

"Maybe Tony Stark might figure out parts of it," he added casually. "But even he won't unlock its true potential without the right energy source."

Sharon studied him for a moment. "So this is goodwill?"

"Partly," Ethan said. "Let S.H.I.E.L.D. feel involved. It keeps things balanced."

"And the other reason?"

He glanced back toward the containment field, where the Uru pieces rested quietly.

"If they focus on studying fragments," he said evenly, "they won't notice what I'm building."

Sharon gave a small nod. "Understood. I'll inform Coulson."

"Wait."

She stopped and turned back. "Yes?"

"Ask them for the Space Stone in exchange for the Destroyer parts," Ethan said calmly.

"The Space Stone?" Sharon repeated, confused.

Ethan clicked his tongue lightly. "I mean the Tesseract. The cube."

She stared at him.

"…You know what the Tesseract is?"

Ethan simply nodded.

Sharon narrowed her eyes slightly. "Go on."

"There are six powerful stones in our universe," Ethan said evenly. "Each one is capable of immense abilities. The Space Stone controls the concept of space itself—teleportation, spatial manipulation, wormholes, and similar phenomena."

Sharon remained silent, processing.

"And S.H.I.E.L.D. has one of them," he finished.

Her expression turned serious. "How do you know there are six?"

Ethan gave a small shrug. "Let's just say I've done my research."

"…It's better to keep this quiet until S.H.I.E.L.D. flushes out all the moles," Sharon said seriously.

Ethan nodded. "That's the reason I didn't elaborate when I spoke to Coulson about Asgard and related matters."

Sharon crossed her arms slightly. "Last time, you mentioned the Eye of Agamotto. You said it's on the same level of power as the Tesseract. What does it control?"

Ethan smiled faintly. "What do you think, based on the name?"

She tilted her head. "It's called the Eye of Agamotto… so maybe something related to the mind? Psychic abilities? Or fate? Seeing the future?"

He gave her an amused look. "You do read comics."

Sharon blinked. "Sometimes."

"The name exists to honor the sorcerer who first made it possible to use its power," Ethan explained.

"Agamotto was the sorcerer who first wielded the Time Stone. He also created a magical barrier around Earth—something like a protective field—to shield it from certain mystical and alien threats."

Sharon's expression grew more serious.

"So we're protected?"

"To a degree," Ethan replied. "Against magical entities, conventional technology is nearly useless unless it's extremely advanced. Without strong mystical knowledge or power, humanity wouldn't stand much of a chance."

He paused slightly.

"The Eye of Agamotto controls time," he finished calmly. "Manipulation, reversal, acceleration. It's far more dangerous than most people realize."

Sharon exhaled slowly. "So there are six Stones… and at least two are on Earth."

Ethan nodded.

"And that," he said quietly, "is why we need to stay ahead."
