As the girls were about to exit the building, Ezra suddenly speaks up, "What about our schedules? Since we're already here, why don't we just take them and leave?".
Sylpha stops mid way and replies calmly, her tone a bit more formal than before,"oh, right. You wouldn't get your schedules until after the sorting ceremony."
Xena chimes in, "What about the upper floors?"
"Oh my! I nearly forgot in my haste, my apologies!", Sylpha bows her head in embarassment of her forgetfulness.
"I was too flustered s-seeing the student council president that I forgot, please forgive me" Sylpha explains hastily, almost stuttering her words.
Ezra smiles and says, "It's alright, if inwere in your shoes, I would be too.", She looks back at the other two, "Right?"
Aura nods her head softly and Xena smiles her usual bright smile while nodding frantically.
"Don't worry Sylpha, these sort of things happen, we deal with Ezzy's forgetfulness all the time." Xena teases.
Ezra glares at her and whispers under her breath with a very terrifying tone, "I'll deal with you later."
Aura steps in between the two to smooth things over but at the same time to repremand them, "Alright you two, no more fighting. Xena, don't tease her, and Ezra, No death glares"
"Sorry.." Ezra apologises half-heartedly.
"I'll try my best, now come on, we have a building to tour.", Xena starts skipping towards the stairs before Aura could say anything else.
Aura sighs and looks towards Sylpha,"Please don't mind them, they are like that sometimes."
Sylpha nods her head a bit stiffly before relaxing slightly, "It's alright.... Should we continue?"
"Yes please, before Xena 'accidentally' destroys something", Ezra says in an exhausted tone.
They slowly make their way up the stairs, just behind Xena who is practically Skipping her way up the stairs.
As they reach up the stairs, they see a very spacious room with tables scattered here and there. Some tables seems to be floating with many students sitting and enjoying their meals.
"Wow! Even the cafeteria is magical!" Xena squeals in excitement, "This place wants me to die from excitement."
Before Xena could run off, Aura grabs her by her shoulder and keeps her rooted in place.
"Maybe ease up on the excitement, we still have a whole campus to tour. Do you wanna get exhausted before that?" Aura asks kindly.
"No..... Fine, but I'm still trying out the food! We're gonna be here for a year, we need to know how the food tastes." Xena remarks.
"I can't believe I'm agreeing with her, but she's right Aura." Ezra sighs from behind them.
Aura sighs at this and lets go of Xena who immediately runs towards the food court.
"I want to leave her here and roam around a bit... You gonna take care of her until then?" Ezra looks at Aura.
"Sure, how about this? You go complete the tour with the fairy Sylpha, and then you give the tour to us. I'll keep an eye on her until then." Aura suggests.
Ezra thinks for a moment before shrugging, "Sure, much easier to ramble with you guys anyways."
Ezra looks towards Sylpha who has been listening in in their conversation, "What do you think, Sylpha?"
Sylpha nods her head, "It's quite alright. When do you wish to continue?"
"How about we just start now?" Ezra answers back.
"Very well!", Sylpha smiles and moves towards the stairs.
"See ya, Aura. Keep a keen eye on her.", Ezra waves at Aura without looking back at her and follows Sylpha.
****************EZRA'S POV*****************
"So... What the floors above?" Ezra asks casually as she follows behind Sylpha.
Sylpha stops just before the stairs and looks back, "they have the clubrooms on the third floor, a staff room on the fourth, I think a language class for the 4th year students on the fifth floor, the student council on the sixth floor and then the head master's office on the last."
"Language class?" Ezra asks.
"Something about ancient scriptures and all, I'm not sure, since we fairies don't usually go there. Too much magic energy you see." Sylpha replies back, scratching the back of her neck in awkwardness.
"Fairies are sensitive to magic?" Ezra asks yet again.
Sylpha nods, "We fairies are made of magic."
Ezra nods her head and they start walking down the stairs soon.
They soon exit the building and when she looks back up, she notices that the academy gates seem so much more farther away then it was earlier.
Sylpha looks back at her shocked face and explains, "I'm guessing you're wondering why the front gates seem so far away now... Well, that was magic you see. We fairy guides have the ability to shorten the distance using our magic, that's why we are made guides for the newer students."
"That's pretty cool actually." Ezra remarks softly.
Sylpha smiles and floats down the long path that seem to be nearly endless, "This is the courtyard... Though the other students use it as a training ground because of the large size."
"Wouldn't other students walking close by get injured then?" Ezra asks as she looks at two students fighting in the distance.
"The head master took care of that too, you see-" she gets cut off as a stray lightning bolt comes in their direction, but just before the two get hit, an invisible barrier appears out of nowhere and absorbs the attack.
Ezra looks on curiosly and tries to touch the barrier, but her hands touch nothing but air.
"That was what I meant to say, the Professor of house Wisteria make a magic barrier to keep the other students protected." Sylpha continues.
"Fascinating...." Ezra keep looking at the direction where the barrier supposedly was and starts to wonder, but shakes her head to snap herself out of her trance.
"Right, where were we?" Ezra looks back at Sylpha.
"We were just about to go check out one of the class buildings, these ones are where all the common subjects takes place." Sylpha floats towards one of the building closest to the building they just left and Ezra follows behind.
