As they exited the building, the light starts to feel blinding for a second as the sun hovers right above their heads.
"Geez, it's bright", Ezra complains as she uses her hands to shield her eyes from the sunlight.
"It's not that bright, Ezzy. If anything it's very pretty." Xena smiles as she and Aura steps out into the light.
Ezra sighs as she follows behind them a bit sluggisly, "Wait for me!"
The three continue to walk for a while until Ezra notices something and slows down, "Are those...."
Glitters of lights float around the other students. As a few of these glowing lights move closer, the lights sharpen into shapes. Little humanoid creatures flying all around with their colourful and delicate wings.
"Fairy guides, they help the newer students familiarize themselves to the academy." Aura comments.
"Woah, so small and so cute. I wanna squish them!!", Xena squeels in excitement.
"How do you know that? We weren't told a single thing about this?", Ezra looks towards Aura suspiciously.
"Insider information." Aura winks with a mischievous smile on her lips.
From the corner of their eyes, they see a small light approaching them.
A little fairy, around 13 cm in height, "Hello, I am sylpha and i will be your guide. It's nice to meet you." The little fairy smiles and floats around them.
"She's so cute!!" Xena whispers as though speaking any louder will scare the fairy away.
Aura shoots Xena a look, as if telling her to calm down, before stepping forward and introducing herself, "I am Aurena, it's a pleasure to meet you miss Sylpha. I hope to get to know the academy better with your help."
Aura flips her head gracefully in a way of acknowledging Sylpha in a courteous way.
Sylpha pauses for a split second, her wings fluttering softly. She imperfectly but sincerely tries to give a courteous bow.
"It's my honor to be of help to you, Lady Aurena." She smiles and raises her head. With an awkward smile, "Not many adress me in such way. I hope you don't mind my improper courtesy."
"It's quiet alright, please do relax, we wouldn't want you to feel uncomfortable now, do we?" Aura smiled as she tries to calm the little fairy down.
"Ah!! my apologies, i haven't asked your names yet!" Sylpha moves towards the other two girls.
"It's okay, I'm Xena by the way", Xena introduced herself. "And that's Ezra" She pointed at her while Ezra gave a polite nod.
"It's nice to meet you, Lady Xena and Lady Ezra. I hope you don't mind my manners."Sylpha giggles nervously.
"Shall we start the tour then?" Sylpha says, moving forward towards the buildings.
"Sure! I can't wait to see how the famous academy looks like!!" Xena chimed in excitement.
The three girls follow behind the fairy as they enter the building right in front of the gates.
"It's huge..." Ezra looks up at the large door in front of her."I mean it looked big from afar but this is so much bigger than i imagined."
"I know!! Do you think our dorms will also be this big! Or maybe even bigger!!" Xena speculated out loud in enthusiasm.
The three enter the building, mostly Ezra and Aurena dragging Xena and stopping her from touching anything.
As soon as they enter, they see a very big staircase, like the ones in castles and mansions, decorated with floral columns and beautiful supports all over the very spacious room, enhancing the room's appearance.
"This is the main halls, you can see news, notices and articles.", Sylpha says while pointing at a few rows of boards placed just besides the door.
"And that is the place where you will get your schedule, after the sorting ceremony of course." Sylpha explained with a smile, while pointing towards the front desk just in front of the door.
"This building has a total of seven floors, each having a specific class, but we also have a few more buildings around just for classes. You can just call this building the main building since that's what all we fairies have been calling it." Sylpha continues as she moves ahead.
"A few floors will be off limits for now until you ladies are in higher years or have permission, i would recommend not going to those floors without permission, you will be in trouble otherwise. Many of us fairies were also punished for breaking that rule" Sylpha explains with a sorrowful expression, almost as if she experienced it herself.
Suddenly, Aura notices that everyone on the upper floor are shifting a lot and she notices a figure walking towards the stairs.
"Can we continue somewhere else?" She requests Sylpha as she looks towards her.
"Um..... I guess we could.... Though we Fairies are told to usually start another location after we complete the one..... But since you requested it, I guess I can." Sylpha says hesitantly.
"What's wrong Aura?", Ezra asks worriedly.
But before she could answer, they notice the sounds around them lowering and people either shifting away or straightning their postures.
Suddenly, it's almost as if the light has gathered in one place, on a single man walking down the stairs.
His White hair, a contrast to the area around him, his green eyes a stark stands to his warm tone skin and his features all together making him stand out even more.
"I see why now..." Ezra remarks from the sidelines.
Suddenly the man looks towards their direction and smiles slightly.
He walks towards them with slightly open arms, "There you are little sister, I've been waiting for you"
Aura grumbles under her breath, "Why do I have to deal with you now?"
The man stops in front of them and smiles wryly, "I guess I'm still not forgiven."
"Feel bad for you...." Ezra sympathizes with him and pats his shoulder.
"Not really, it's his fault for breaking her favorite mug." Xena points out casually.
"It was an accident, I didn't mean to break it", he defends himself.
Aura turns her back towards him.
Soon sylpha speaks up, stuttering a bit, "M-my greetings, student council president, Raven."
He finally looks at Sylpha. "Ah, you must be the fairy assigned to them, I hope you can take care of touring them around."
"I wish I was able to tour then around, but duty call", he says with a hint of regret in his voice.
He then looks towards the girls, "See you soon, also i apologise again for breaking your mug sister", He apologizes awkwardly and walks towards the door and exits the building.
Aura rolls her eyes as he goes and looks towards Sylpha, "Can we continue the tour please", her composure back to normal.
"Y-Yes!!" Sylpha says immediately and flies towards the exit.
