In the end, Skiv had no choice but to let Roxanna stitch his wounds.
The whole process was extremely painful. Every time the needle went through his skin, Skiv would either scream or try to pull away. Fortunately, Cyrus was there to hold him firmly and keep him from escaping.
Even though the situation was quite bad, Roxanna still asked the other warriors to continue searching for the materials they needed with Luan. There was no point in making everyone stay and watch when there was still work to be done.

She carefully finished the last stitch before making sure all the sutures were tied tightly enough. Once she was certain everything was in place, Roxanna took a sharp object and made a small cut on her own arm and blood immediately appeared on her skin.
