"Hahahaha! Another one for me," I say, slapping a card onto the table. A bubble of flesh with eyes in front of me makes a strange noise, then throws all its cards on the table and stomps away, pissed off.
"You're a cheater, Black Hero! You fucking asshole!" he yells, deliberately bumping into a chair and shattering it on his way out the door. Other monsters burst into laughter as I toss my remaining cards onto the table.
'So easy.' I pull my winnings closer and glance around.
"So, does anyone else want to play and make a bet? I'll wager everything I won from that loser!" I say playfully and eagerly, while a few of them ponder if it's worth the risk, but no one says a word.
"What a shame. Looks like no one here has the guts to face the great Black Hero-kun," I say mockingly, thinking about what to do next. Lately, a lot of monsters have been fleeing from something, so things have slowed down a lot.
