The moment Aurora announced they would be making beds and furniture, the excitement in the gathered people was quickly replaced by thoughtful silence.
Making one bed was simple. Making ten beds was manageable. But making enough beds for fifty or sixty people within only a day or two, that was an entirely different challenge.
Aurora stepped inside the spacious longhouse, her eyes sweeping over the empty interior while she mentally calculated everything they would need. If this had been Earth, she would have simply chosen wooden beds with mattresses.
Unfortunately, this wasn't Earth.
Stone beds, like the ones every cave possessed, were impossible to reproduce in such numbers within such a short period. Finding enough giant stone slabs alone would take weeks, if not months.
