The Demon Mask Harley motorcycle roared along the deserted street. Several minutes would pass before a single person appeared.
Those who lived here were either heroes or people too poor to leave. Otherwise, no one willingly stayed in *Z City*.
Z City was infamous for its constant monster attacks, leaving most districts abandoned.
Saitama currently lived deep in one of those abandoned zones. Whenever he needed supplies, he had to travel to the outer districts where the city still resembled civilization. Otherwise, he would need to visit a neighboring city just to buy simple things.
Lucien rode the Demon Mask Harley slowly out of the area.
Earlier, he had offered Saitama some money. Surprisingly, the bald hero refused.
Lucien had clearly seen the hesitation on Saitama's face. The man obviously wanted a computer. His expression showed a painful internal struggle before he ultimately refused.
When Lucien asked why, Saitama simply replied that he would not be able to repay it.
That answer revealed something important.
Saitama had principles.
Lucien did not.
Comparing their personalities made the contrast obvious. One was upright and noble. The other was shameless and completely without moral restraint.
Lucien did not feel even the slightest shame about that difference.
At the same time, high above the eastern district of Z City, a massive swarm of mosquitoes gathered together. The buzzing insects formed a twisting tornado in the sky.
At the center of that living storm stood a graceful figure.
Her body was curvaceous and strikingly beautiful. Her waist looked soft and flexible, her long legs smooth and elegant. Two delicate wings fluttered behind her back.
Her face was picturesque, her lips soft and alluring.
She was breathtaking.
Anime was filled with cat-eared girls who looked cute, fragile, and easily bullied. But this woman was completely different.
She radiated maturity, dominance, and sensual charm.
Her every movement carried a seductive laziness.
Mosquito Girl had arrived.
The most alluring female monster in *One-Punch Man* had made her dazzling debut.

"Target locked."
Just as Mosquito Girl stretched her slender waist, a figure appeared on a nearby building.
His right arm was mechanical, the palm open as intense heat gathered inside it.
The next second, blazing flames erupted toward the sky.
The firestorm surged directly at Mosquito Girl.
With a casual flap of her wings, she rose higher into the air and avoided the attack easily. Her gaze dropped toward the rooftop below.
Standing there was a handsome young man whose body was half mechanical.
Genos
The Demon Cyborg.
At this time, he had not yet become an S-Class hero.
"So that is your method," Genos said calmly while staring upward. "You gather mosquitoes to collect blood and absorb it to evolve yourself."
"A hero?"
Mosquito Girl brushed her long white hair aside and smiled playfully.
"Go suck his blood."
As soon as she spoke, the massive swarm behind her surged forward like a living tidal wave.
Thousands upon thousands of mosquitoes rushed toward Genos.
"Incinerate."
Genos snorted coldly.
Flames erupted violently from his entire body.
Within seconds, the surrounding fifty meter radius became an inferno. Mosquitoes burned instantly, turning into drifting black smoke.
"I will eliminate you."
Genos raised his right hand as intense energy compressed within his palm.
"Haha."
"Eliminate me? Go ahead and try."
Mosquito Girl's eyes flashed with disdain as she dove toward him.
Genos launched himself into the air at the same moment.
Her scythe-like arm clashed against his metal fist.
The impact created a shockwave that exploded outward like a halo, instantly destroying the already crumbling buildings around them.
Invisible afterimages flickered everywhere as both figures moved at incredible speed.
The ground constantly erupted with explosions.
Genos's incineration flames flashed again and again across the battlefield.
Unnoticed by either fighter, the roar of a motorcycle echoed from the street below.
Lucien had arrived.
He sat calmly on his Demon Mask Harley while smoking a cigarette, watching the battle unfold.
His amethyst colored eyes observed everything with interest.
What luck.
He had barely left Saitama's place and had already encountered a major supporting character along with a potential minor antagonist.
Earlier, the *Giant and Vaccine Man* he had casually killed were hardly worth mentioning.

They barely counted as minor characters.
In Lucien's eyes, the first season's monsters were mostly unimpressive. Only the final boss, *Boros*, truly deserved attention.

While most villains were weak, several heroes were interesting.
Genos was one.
Heroes like Tatsumaki were another.

Boom.
A massive cloud of dust erupted.
Two dilapidated skyscrapers collapsed completely.
Genos crashed into the rubble below.
One of his mechanical arms had been torn off.
High above him, Mosquito Girl hovered in the air.
Both of her legs had been destroyed.
"Incinerate!"
Genos ignored the damage. His remaining arm opened and unleashed a massive stream of fire.
Mosquito Girl twisted through the air, leaving behind a trail of afterimages as she rushed toward him with a sinister grin.
Another explosion detonated.
Dust filled the surrounding area for hundreds of meters.
At that moment, Lucien slowly rode his motorcycle straight into the battlefield.
The engine's roar echoed sharply across the silent ruins.
Genos and Mosquito Girl separated immediately.
Both turned to stare at the newcomer.
"Human."
Mosquito Girl extended her tongue slightly, staring at Lucien as if he were fresh prey delivered directly to her.
"Are you a hero? If not, leave immediately."
Genos spoke with a serious expression.
A crack spread across the mechanical armor on his chest, sparks flickering inside.
"Haha. Too late."
Before Genos could say anything else, Mosquito Girl revealed a twisted smile and lunged forward.
In the eyes of ordinary people, her speed was terrifying.
To Lucien, it looked painfully slow.
"Kneel."
Lucien calmly exhaled a ring of smoke while speaking two simple words.
Mosquito Girl froze mid attack.
Then, without warning, she dropped to her knees directly in front of him.
The sudden movement shocked everyone.
Her blade-like arms were only a few centimeters away from Lucien's face.
Yet she could not move.
Not even slightly.
"Your appearance is quite good," Lucien said casually while looking down at her. "A rare cross-species beauty."
Mosquito Girl trembled.
"You… what did you do to me?!"
Cold terror surged through her body.
She tried to stand up, but her knees felt fused to the ground.
Her body no longer obeyed her.
Lucien ignored her question and turned toward Genos instead.
If he remembered correctly, Mosquito Girl was considered a *Demon level* threat in the Hero Association classification.
Hero Association
His ability, Law Following Speech, could easily control opponents far weaker than him.
Mosquito Girl clearly fell into that category.
"Come here."
Lucien spoke again.
Genos suddenly began walking toward him against his will.
Shock filled the cyborg's eyes.
"Monster threats correspond to levels like Demon and Dragon. Hero strength corresponds to classes like A-Class and S-Class."
Lucien quickly estimated the limits of his power.
Enemies below Dragon level could be controlled instantly.
Heroes below A-Class would also be affected.
Genos had not yet upgraded his equipment or reached S-Class status.
Lucien would need to test stronger opponents later.
Crack.
Lucien suddenly grabbed Genos's head.
With a single squeeze, the metal skull shattered.
Blood and brain matter spilled out as the damaged mechanical body collapsed completely.
Genos was a cyborg, but his brain was still human.
Destroying the head meant death.
Lucien casually flicked the blood off his hand.
Then he reached forward and grabbed something invisible.
Wrapped in soul power, Genos's soul was pulled out and absorbed into Lucien's arm.
A glowing screen appeared in front of him.
"Successfully hunted Genos, a major supporting character from the One Punch Man world."
"Dice opportunities will be rewarded based on contribution."
"Congratulations. You have received three chances."
"Luck increased by 1."
Lucien smiled slightly.
As expected, Genos truly was a major supporting character.
Unfortunately, his luck was terrible.
He had encountered Lucien before even surviving a single chapter.
Lucien did not care about damaging the original storyline.
In the entire One-Punch Man world, only one person truly posed a threat to him.
Saitama
Saitama.
Aside from that monster, the only other concerns were the reincarnators and transmigrators who might appear at any time.
Everyone else was simply prey.
And Lucien had no problem killing them.
