Chapter 333 - Chapter 331 The Night of the Comoros' Long Knife

Commorragh was now plunged into utter madness, with war raging across the entire city, like a civil war of unprecedented scale.

Deep within a towering bunker, Victor stood before a massive holographic projection screen, impassively directing his Kabalite warriors.

The screen displayed a map of the war zone; red dots represented the advancing offensive of the Malys Faction, yellow dots were the Imperium of Man's forces, and green dots were the Chaos Host. Four factions were locked in battle within Commorragh, vying for control of every building.

Victor could clearly discern the objective of the Imperium of Man; this time, the Imperium of Man was primarily focused on defense and fire support. The shrewd Victor immediately deduced that the Imperium of Man had come to retrieve Lord Li Feng and his companions.

"Continue broadcasting, let every citizen of Commorragh know that Malys has betrayed the order of Commorragh," Victor's voice was low and powerful as his gaze swept across the battle situation on the screen.

"Print more communiqués! I want every street wall plastered with our notices!"

Meanwhile, the Malys Faction's mansion was enveloped in an eerie, fervent atmosphere. Malys, dressed in an elaborately decorated gown, stood before a podium imbued with dark aesthetics, behind her a colossal banner adorned with bone spikes and runes.

"My brothers and sisters!" Malys's voice, amplified, echoed through the mansion and the streets outside. "Victor's dictatorial actions have pushed Commorragh to the brink of destruction! He seeks to consolidate his corrupt power. Now is the time to end this! Let us unite and fight for tomorrow!"

Outside the mansion, thousands of Aeldari pirates and rebels had gathered into an excited crowd, raising their weapons and chanting Malys's name.

Street battles raged fiercely, explosions and energy gun roars mingled with shouts and screams, constantly reverberating through the city. The Victor Faction's warriors displayed ruthless combat power in urban warfare, using precise tactics and superior equipment to gradually suppress the enemy.

However, the Malys Faction counterattacked with numerical superiority and guerrilla tactics, constantly destroying the Victor Faction's supply lines and even managing to infiltrate the bunker's periphery.

At this time, Li Feng and his group were rapidly advancing along a ruined street. As they delved deeper into the Imperial control zone, the battles they encountered grew fewer, gradually replaced by the cover of the Astra Militarum, Battle Sisters, and Astartes.

Occasionally, several burning Drukhari / Dark Aeldari pirate ships streaked across the sky, becoming casualties in the crossfire between the Imperial Fleet and the Chaos Fleet. Exploding fragments rained down like drops, bringing new destruction and death.

As a Drukhari / Dark Aeldari spaceship crashed, a massive explosion ignited the ruins of the entire street, flames soaring skyward, and black smoke snaking like venomous serpents into the air.

Li Feng looked up at the intensely battling fleets overhead, then muttered softly, "It's really lively up there. If we were any later, we probably wouldn't even have a chance to leave."

"Stop babbling, let's go." Russ gasped, cleaving through reinforcing steel and rubble blocking their path with an axe. "Khan and that crazy woman are holding off Typhus, but we need to hurry. The Imperial Fleet can't wait for us too long; the battle is changing, and they are the firefighters of the entire battlefield."

"You Imperial people just love your rules," Lelith suddenly leaped out of the shadows, looking as relaxed as if she had just bought a coffee from the corner.

"You're back!" Li Feng looked at her in surprise. "Where's Khan?"

"If I can return, he's naturally fine too." Lelith wiped her dagger, a hint of triumph flashing in her eyes. "Typhus won't die for now, but we've severely wounded him, enough to make him stop bothering others for a while."

No sooner had she spoken than Khan leaped down from the ruins on the other side, his crescent scimitar still gleaming with cold light. His armor was covered in putrid pus, yet there were no signs of injury.

"Done?" Russ grinned.

"Sort of," Khan replied coldly, then looked around. "Let's go, get out of here. The fleet's bombardment is about to begin; staying here will only get us blown to bits."

The group continued towards the Imperial Army's landing zone, along the way seeing the brutal aftermath of the fighting. The ground was littered with broken weapons and corpses, and the air was thick with the smell of burnt metal.

Li Feng and the others finally entered the Imperial control zone. As Lord Li Feng and his group walked into the Imperial control zone, since Lord Li Feng disliked the act of kneeling, all Soldiers, Battle Sisters, and Astartes they encountered saluted Lord Li Feng:

"Lord Li Feng!"

The Imperial Guard and Astartes Chapter had erected temporary defensive lines in the district, while the Nuns busily treated the wounded behind the lines, simultaneously clearing out any Chaos cultists attempting to infiltrate.

As Li Feng entered the command area, he saw a long-unseen, familiar face... the heroic Little Treasure Kai.

"You're finally back!" Commissar Cain stepped forward, his brow furrowed, clearly exhausted by the battle, but his expression relaxed slightly upon seeing Li Feng's return.

"What's the situation in Commorragh?" Li Feng got straight to the point, a typical state for them as old partners during their work.

"The situation is complex. The Chaos Host is constantly reinforcing; they clearly don't want to give up this city easily. And the Drukhari civil war is escalating, with both sides weakening each other, completely unable to stop the Chaos infiltration."

Cain whispered in response, "Currently, we have completely secured this area, but if we cannot quickly turn the tide, the Drukhari side will be the first to collapse."

Li Feng looked at the map of Commorragh, then at the available forces he could deploy, and immediately pointed to the area on the map where the Ark Aeldari refugees and Death God Army were landing, saying:

"This is the territory of the Ark Aeldari and the Death God Army... Transmit my order! Immediately dispatch the Krieg 123rd Armored Regiment and the Cadian 101st Airborne Assault Brigade to open up the connecting areas, and announce to the entire army that these White Aeldari are now allies of the Imperium."

With Li Feng's command, the entire staff began to act, and soon the reassembled Krieg 123rd Armored Regiment and Cadian 101st Airborne Assault Brigade were heading to the front lines. Li Feng then turned his gaze to the currently occupied Chaos zone. At this time, because the Chaos Forces were within the Aeldari's Webway, the main invasion force consisted of Chaos Astartes, with only a small number of daemon auxiliary forces.

Li Feng turned his head to look at Leman Russ and Jaghatai Khan, as well as several Chapter Masters of Astartes Chapters who had followed:

"Now, I'm giving you a mission..."

Immediately, Russ and Khan both knelt on one knee, and the various Chapter Masters followed suit... "Come with me, strike directly at the Chaos Host, repel Chaos Warmaster Abaddon, Nurgle's chosen Typhus, and Tzeentch's professor Ahriman."

Russ & Khan: "We obey your command, Uncle Li."

Seeing the reaction of his barbarian brothers, Li Feng raised an eyebrow, feeling quite surprised. Was this the treatment Malcador received back then? It seems his own treatment was better than Malcador's!

At this moment, Magnus, who was nearby, extended his hand: "That...?"

Russ turned his head to look at Magnus, who was sitting on a chair, and said disdainfully, "You're already crippled, don't cause me more trouble. We still have to take you back to settle accounts with Father."
