"Oh, Gosh! Thank you so much, Eugene!"
At the end of the three-month-long translation project, Cameron gave Eugene a big, tight hug. It was a sincere one too, not a fake corporate one to make sure the contracted employee didn't give them a bad review.
"I'll make sure the rest of your payment gets through as soon as the last document gets approved," he patted Eugene's shoulder before patting his own chest. "Trust me!"
"I do," Eugene smiled.
At least, he trusted that the company's shareholder was Sophie's friend, so even if something unsavory happened, he could demand his rights through Sophie and Allen.
"You're the best!" Cameron clasped his hands, sighing in delight. "A whole month quicker than expected--oh, I'll miss you so~ much."
"Are you sure?" Eugene arched his brow. "You'll get busy with all the new recruits soon."
"That's exactly why," Cameron rolled his eyes and groaned.
