Richard sat obediently on the couch. He looked like a puppy waiting for his master's command.
"How are things outside?" I asked, starting the conversation.
"All the corruptus have been burned. The perpetrators have been captured. They were among the criminals from last night."
"Are they connected to the vampires?" I asked, curious.
Richard nodded. "They're a group of werewolf criminals, but they were paid by vampires to dump the corruptus here. They don't know why the vampires told them to do it."
"There are no signs of vampires around this pack?" I asked again.
This time, Richard shook his head. "This is just my assumption, but it seems they want to destroy this pack."
"Sand Pack is located at the far west of the West Region. It's isolated and not particularly cared about by other packs. If vampires establish a base here, their attacks on the West Region would be far more effective."
