Wendy snapped back to reality and grasped Eve Sherman's hand, "Daughter, you really are my daughter."
"I am."
Eve Sherman nodded, completely uneasy about leaving Wendy alone here, she held her hand to walk away, "Mom, I'm taking you home."
"Stop! Who told you you could take her?"
Dexter Shaw shouted harshly.
"She's my mom, why can't I take her?"
Eve Sherman asked coldly.
"She is currently a person without legal capacity, and I am her guardian. If you take her without my consent, you are breaking the law, and I can sue you."
Dexter Shaw said this as he directly pulled Wendy back.
"Mom!"
Eve Sherman gritted her teeth as she looked at Dexter Shaw, "Fine, I'll prepare to file documents with the court now. I will also provide evidence of your abuse of her. Guardian, right? You're a dog, you're not even considered human."
"You can insult me however you like. If you want to go to court, go ahead. For now, I won't let you take her away."
Dexter Shaw seemed to understand.
