Once Lucas finished his instructions, he asked Gigi to follow him to report to Stellan.
Eve was just an assistant, so even though she felt uncomfortable inside, she could only bear it.
Ten minutes later, Gigi cheerfully emerged from Stellan's office and then, guided by Lucas, greeted her colleagues in the office.
"President Sutton asked you to go in."
Eve returned to her desk, meeting Stellan's scrutinizing gaze.
"I thought about it, and decided to call her over."
Stellan proactively explained to Eve.
"Thank you, President Sutton, for your consideration. Gigi's work capability is strong and she should be able to help me a lot."
Eve spoke calmly, without any hint of displeasure in her tone.
"I've already told her, in the company you two are superior and subordinate; she will be your full-time assistant, all work centered around you, and she won't deal with my business."
"Thank you, President Sutton."
Besides saying thank you, Eve really didn't know what else she could say.
