For some reason, Eve Sherman found his superior physique and profile somewhat amusing.
Her intuition told her she should say something comforting to ease Stellan Sutton's mood a little. After pondering for a moment, she finally spoke, "You should look forward. I think that lady today seemed really outstanding."
Upon hearing this, Stellan Sutton frowned slightly, almost imperceptibly.
Then, he sighed silently, "You might not know why I went to meet her."
"Why?"
Eve Sherman asked instinctively.
Only then did she realize she'd pried a bit too much, so she awkwardly waved her hand, "Sorry, President Sutton, I seem to be not thinking straight tonight, can't seem to think at all. Please don't put too much weight on my words, I must be drunk…"
Her flustered explanation was somewhat funny, Stellan Sutton glanced at her, then shook his head, "Am I such a petty person?"
