"Don't speak yet, you're so noisy!" Heles scolded irritably, her tone reaching the peak of impatience.
Quitela's mouth twitched slightly, rendered speechless by the retort, and he could only sulkily close his mouth, though he still looked around with confusion.
"Let me ask you, Soya, is there something wrong with that glove of yours?" Heles suddenly changed the topic, humming coldly as she asked angrily, her gaze fixed intently on the Memory Glove on Soya's hand, carrying a hint of certainty.
Soya: "..."
Is it that easy to be exposed?
Heles' intuition is too accurate.
But that's not a big deal. Soya's eyes darted, and he quickly walked up to Heles, slapping her cheeks several times with "pat, pat, pat," completely erasing this part of her memory.
Heles' eyes first showed confusion, like a lightbulb that had lost power. After a few seconds, they regained their sparkle, but she directly widened her eyes in shock, looking at Quitela opposite her with an astonished expression, exclaiming, "Quitela? Why is he also stuck here?"
"Uh, you were just asleep, you probably didn't notice." Soya smiled, fabricating without changing expression. "Quitela came chasing after us, and then accidentally crashed into it and got stuck, just like you."
Quitela's expression became startled, his heart skipping a beat.
That glove is problematic!
It can actually erase a Destroyer's memory!
What kind of magical glove is this?
And, what does this Supreme Kai want to do?
Capturing both of us…
I feel somewhat ill-intentioned.
Is this guy really a Supreme Kai?
How can there be such an evil Supreme Kai?
"Heles, don't listen to his nonsense, that glove can erase…" Quitela urgently spoke up, wanting to expose Soya's scheme.
Before he could finish.
Soya flickered and appeared before Quitela, his movements as fast as lightning, quickly slapping him several times with "pat, pat" on his body, interrupting his words.
Heles widened her eyes, seeming to have realized something as well, a flash of understanding passing through her gaze.
After erasing a part of Quitela's memory, Soya immediately went to Heles again, slapping her body quickly several times, his technique so practiced it was pitiful.
Thus, these two individuals' memories were partially erased again. At least now they couldn't remember that the glove could erase memories, returning to their initial state of confusion.
Soya then looked at the nearby Raditz.
Raditz shuddered in fear and quickly said, "Boss, I'm on your side, I would never betray you!"
Soya nodded reassuredly, then turned around to face the two bewildered Destroyers again.
When Heles and Quitela both "regained consciousness," each was more confused than the other, staring blankly at each other, then at Soya, completely unable to figure out the situation.
"Greetings, two Destroyers. Let me introduce myself first." Soya grinned, showing a mouthful of white teeth. "I am a Supreme Kai from another parallel world, here in your world to learn and work. I hope you two don't worry or be afraid. I mean no harm."
Heles: "..."
Quitela: "..."
"Negative emotional value from Heles +999!"
"Negative emotional value from Quitela +999!"
Is this something a mere Supreme Kai should say?
Trapping us two esteemed Destroyers here, and then saying you mean no harm?
Who are you trying to fool!
The two roared inwardly simultaneously.
"Since you're here, you might as well relax. Anyway, you can't move right now, so why not calmly watch the show with me for a while." Soya chuckled happily, his tone as relaxed as if discussing a trivial matter.
Quitela's face darkened, glaring angrily at Soya, a low pressure emanating from his entire body.
If he weren't stuck, he would have probably attacked long ago.
Heles was even more furious, grinding her teeth so hard they creaked, her eyes seemingly capable of spitting fire.
Both struggled desperately, trying to break free from the constraint of the flying cubes.
The result was that the more they struggled, the faster their energy drained, continuously sucked away by the flying cubes.
Especially Quitela. His abundant internal energy was soon completely drained, his face pale as paper, without even the strength to move a finger.
The little energy Heles had managed to accumulate was also completely sucked dry. Her whole body felt weak and limp, almost without the strength to glare at Soya anymore.
"You… what exactly are you? Why are you doing this to us?" Heles became somewhat panicked, her voice carrying a slight tremor. She could feel her energy rapidly draining, a feeling that made her very uneasy.
Her previous memories had been erased by Soya.
Now, Heles's memory had returned to the period when she appeared in the World of Void.
Back then, she hadn't met Soya yet, feeling unfamiliar with and fearful of everything before her eyes.
Quitela was the same, his memory lingering on when he was wandering in space, completely unaware of why he had ended up in this predicament.
"Didn't I just introduce myself? What's your memory like? Truly, important people are forgetful." Soya scolded irritably, as if speaking to two disobedient children.
Heles: "..."
Quitela: "..."
The two contributed another large wave of negative emotional value, looking at Soya as if they wanted to devour him whole.
"Supreme Kai, what exactly do you mean by trapping us two here? At least give us an explanation!" Quitela asked through gritted teeth, suppressing the anger in his heart. He knew that confronting Soya head-on now would yield no good outcome.
"Alright, I'll keep it short then." Soya grinned, no longer teasing them, directly displaying the scene from the crystal ball before the two. In the image, Son Goku and Vegeta were facing off, poised for a fight. "These two are about to fight. Who do you think will win?"
Both Quitela and Heles were taken aback, momentarily confused, not understanding what Soya really wanted.
Ignoring them, two Destroyers, and actually making them watch two strangers fight?
"Hmph, these are just images equivalent to a video. How can we tell who will win?" Quitela snorted coldly, his tone carrying disdain. "We can't sense their auras or energy intensity. This is just blind guessing."
"Yes, this Supreme Kai…" Heles also chimed in, "Even if you want us two to guess who will win, at least send us to the scene to watch. That way we can sense their true strength."
Quitela nodded vigorously, secretly giving Heles a thumbs up.
Heles is still smart. As long as we know the location of that planet, we might be able to figure out this Supreme Kai's true identity.
Looking at the video image, those two people seem to be of the same race as this Supreme Kai; maybe there's some connection.
"Wait a moment, I'll make a call and ask." Soya said, directly contacting Merus through the crystal ball, his movements as familiar as making a daily phone call.
Soon, Merus's video feed came through.
