The day after the Traveler obtained her Ancient Name, at the Base.
A large crowd had gathered:
Mondstadt: The Anemo Archon, Diluc
Liyue: The Geo Archon, Cloud Retainer, Moon Carver, Mountain Shaper, Streetward Rambler
Inazuma: The Electro Archon, Itto
Sumeru: Greater Lord Rukkhadevata, Lesser Lord Kusanali, Apep, the Dendro Dragon Sovereign
Fontaine: Neuvillette, Fidelle
Natlan: Mavuika, Xilonen, Kinich, Iansan, Mualani, Ororon, Chasca
Snezhnaya: The Cryo Archon, the Harbingers, Angie
And our Travelers, Lumine and Paimon.
In essence, the highest leaders and most formidable warriors from every nation had converged here.
The seven Pure Souls had also converged. Though five of them retained only a sliver of their original essence, even this fragment resonated powerfully with the others.
Invisible threads of energy, faintly pink in hue, twined around Lumine, Angie, and Fidelle, beyond the comprehension of everyone present.
Rukkhadevata: "It has already begun. Even without our active intervention, as long as we remain in close proximity, this resonance cannot be prevented."
Barbatos: "This energy... it doesn't match any energy in Teyvat. But according to the known information, the Goddess was born on Teyvat. Even if her energy is different, it shouldn't be completely unrelated..."
Rukkhadevata: "No, it's not completely unrelated. There seems to be energy of the same origin within Irminsul, but the energy before us appears to be more advanced..."
Morax: "Are you saying that Irminsul might originate from the Goddess?"
Rukkhadevata shook her head. "I'm only saying that Irminsul may be related to the Goddess. As for why there are no other ability systems of the same origin... countless eons have passed since then. It wouldn't be surprising if such changes have occurred."
Apep: "Since you all finalized the plan yesterday, let's not waste any more time. If the Abyss senses what's happening here, the battlefield will be right here!"
Ei: "Exactly. It's time to act."
Rukkhadevata looked at all the gods, dragons, and humans around her and nodded. As one of the Original Archons and a close friend of Morax and Barbatos, Rukkhadevata was also the God of Wisdom, and the previous plans had largely been devised by her.
She was the most knowledgeable about the Abyss Goddess, so the other gods tacitly deferred to her.
Apep and Neuvillette, the two dragons, raised no objections either.
"Then, without further delay, I, Morax, Barbatos, the Tsaritsa, Beelzebul, Neuvillette, Apep, Capitano, the Traveler, Paimon, Angie, and Fidelle will journey to the outer sea. The Pyro Archon will remain in Natlan for the time being..."
Rukkhadevata organized the group. The Pyro Archon was unable to join because her power had not yet fully recovered, and Natlan still faced a severe Abyss threat compared to other nations.
Moreover, once the Pyro Archon regained her full power, reaching the outer sea would pose no difficulty.
Nahida remained behind to assist if any complications arose after Lumine gathered the seven Pure Souls.
Diluc, Itto, and others naturally lacked the qualifications to go. Even the Captain was barely eligible, mainly because he still carried the Undying Curse, which had been invigorated to its peak condition by Ishkab's Ode of Resurrection.
Tartaglia's eyes instantly turned red. He had willingly exposed his sister to the Abyss's very doorstep, and they were even using seven Pure Souls at once! He could scarcely imagine the Abyss's madness!
If there had been any other way, he would never have done this!
"Alright, what's a tough guy like you crying for? Trust your sister, trust Her Majesty the Tsaritsa, trust the Gods, and trust the Dragon Sovereigns." Angie patted her brother on the shoulder, comforting him as he rubbed his eyes.
Rosalyne approached and unexpectedly hugged Angie from behind.
Truth be told, Rosalyne had the best figure among all the Harbingers, second only to Ailina. Angie nearly lost her breath from the sudden embrace.
"Don't die," Rosalyne said. "No, you can't die. You're too damn lucky for that."
Arlecchino also patted Angie's shoulder. "The children of the House of the Hearth adore you. They're waiting for you to come visit."
Columbina took Angie's hand and simply said, "Good luck..."
Angie finally looked at Sandrone, who averted her gaze. "What? I'm not going to hug you. But... you still owe me a tea party. Don't forget."
Sandrone glanced at Pulonia behind her. At Pulonia's nod, Pulonia approached Angie.
"I'm having Pulonia accompany you. Don't get into any trouble!"
Angie smiled faintly. "Understood."
As Angie bid farewell to her colleagues, Fidelle pulled out a small sachet from her chest. Lady Furina had personally... well... purchased it for her, though Lady Furina had woven the cord herself.
"Everyone, let's go! The future of Teyvat rests in our hands."
Neuvillette conjured a protective shield around Fidelle and soared into the distance.
The other Gods followed suit. Angie was taken by The Tsaritsa, and they all flew toward the outer sea.
Lumine, cradling Paimon, nodded to Mualani and the others before rocketing skyward, her speed astonishingly swift.
Having learned of the Primogems' effect on Travelers, the people of Natlan had gathered a massive stockpile for her!
After absorbing all the Primogems, Lumine's speed increase wasn't as dramatic as when she'd first absorbed them in Liyue. After all, she was already nearly as strong as her self from five hundred years ago.
For someone of her current power, Primogems no longer provided the same significant enhancement as before.
As for why Lumine brought Paimon along...
There was no other choice. Paimon insisted on coming, and claimed she would hide in the Serenitea Pot. So Lumine reluctantly agreed to bring her along.
"Trusted Friend, I'll be waiting for your good news!" Itto shouted after Lumine as she soared away.

Player World.
The players hadn't expected the final battle to come so abruptly.
They weren't worried about Genshin Impact ending anytime soon, not just because of the Travail PV showcasing the Traveler's journey, but for a more fundamental reason:
Genshin Impact had become a global phenomenon. While many criticized its story, it couldn't stem the tide of player mania.
With its industry-leading game development techniques and rendering methods, Mihoyo was raking in astronomical profits daily!
After Genshin Impact's meteoric rise, countless developers tried to imitate it, but none could even come close to matching its success.
Players simply couldn't believe Genshin Impact would end so abruptly.
On Chen Xiyao's screen, as the Gods soared into the sky, trailing streaks of vibrant light, the music shifted to a distinctly fateful tone. Yet beyond this sense of destiny, the overall feeling wasn't particularly inspiring.
Chen Xiyao: "This music is off. Shouldn't it be more... uplifting?"
[ The streamer's right. Could this music be foreshadowing something ominous?]
[ Whatever it is, I've already developed immunity to heartbreak. No amount of angst will make me cry anymore...]
[ I've noticed the game's scale keeps expanding. From the Anemo Archon and Dvalin in Mondstadt to the entire pantheon in Natlan now gathering...]
[ We're just missing the Hydro and Pyro Archons! ]
[ The Pyro Archon I understand, but the Hydro Archon... do you really want our beloved Furina and Focalors to be cheerleaders?]
[ The current Traveler... who even remembers the weak version from the beginning?]
[ Hang in there!]
