Repulsor blasts sundered the cobblestones below as Tony zig-zagged in the sky. Dust and detritus plumed into the air as thugs and villains were thrown around like ragdolls. Stray bullets and super-powered abilities whizzed past him as he dodged them, his suit pinging every now and then as the inferior projectiles failed to compromise the Metallic Hydrogen his suit was mainly built from.
His Hud displayed several of the main threats whilst Jarvis tracked the recovery time of the brat's monster-creature.
"One minute remaining sir. I would suggest overwhelming firepower." Jarvis' sarcastic tone made Tony chuckle as he twirled mid-flight, an arc of lightning fizzing into the distant dome behind and above him.
"Noted bud." He grunted out as a gust of wind knocked him off-course slightly, his altitude thrusters activating seconds after to actualise him.
Narrowing his eyes, he contemplated several of his more risky moves before deciding that the most dangerous option was most likely his best one. Grimacing with the need to roll his shoulders and not being able to Tony halted his horizontal movements and levelled out vertically... Before plummeting like a rocket-guided meteor and zooming straight towards the monster creature.
"Jarvis, I need some tunes." He smirked evilly inside his helm as Thunder Struck started blaring through every speaker on his suit, including the external speakers.
Hard concussive sounds echoed as bullets reflected off his suit, the cordite inside them sparking before dropping to the ground harmlessly. His smile turned into a toothy smile as eased himself back and landed into a combat slide.
In moments his right gauntleted fist struck out at a thug who was too close and knocked him unconscious, teeth flying into the air followed by the man's spittle and blood. His left buzzed and hummed before a sustained arc of lethal repulsor fire lashed out at two Yakuza thugs, their business-esque suits and guns burning away within seconds to reveal the charred interior of their bodies.
"Behind you sir." Without even hesitating Tony turned and backhanded a sword away before activating his chest array for a single second and incinerating the backstabbing little bastard.
He huffed and started beating villains left and right as he slowly danced around them and pivoted towards the little brat and his pet monster. His current plan was dangerous and went against every instinct in his body that said don't get into a physical confrontation with the big ugly monster thing... But, he didn't have a lot of his arsenal present at the moment and the stuff he had brought was all fairly standard.
Eyes flicking to the left side of his Hud where a certain feature's controls were contained he licked his lips. "Jarvis, If I were to expend a large amount of the energy inside the arc reactor, would it be possible to produce a blade that operates like a lightsaber, even for a moment?"
Another three thugs lost their lives as he scrunched the head of one of them and burned the other two from their groin to their forehead. "Yes sir, that would drain total energy levels to 25%." Grimacing, Tony sparked his thrusters for a second to gain some small amount of leverage before super-man punching a shark-looking guy in the snout. His head popped back dangerously, several vertebrae in his spine snapping.
"When I get close Jarvis, I need you to channel all of that energy into the sword function. If a lance of plasma to the heart won't do it, I'll stab the fucker in the brain and see how much of a headache I can give him..."
"From what Miss Potts has told me sir, the headache would be legendary." Tony barked a laugh as his repulsor carved another few thugs into paraplegics.
With a loud 'ooof' he was tackled down to the ground by a large gorilla guy, the guys large fists raining down onto his suit with all the effectiveness of a toddler thrashing a pillow against a carpet. Flexing his arms back as the Gorilla started trying to lift him, his arc reactor buzzed once more and a small lance of plasma perforated through the eyeballs of the ape and out through the back of his skull.
Activating his thruster he burst up to his feet and took a swing straight at a guy with golden skin, the man's yells half terrified and half angered. Pivoting on one foot and leaned back and kicked the man straight in the gonads, the golden man crumpling to the floor like a puppet with its strings cut.
"UGH! JUST FUCKING KILL HIM ALREADY!!!" The blue-haired freaky kid shouted out in an attempt to rally his forces. Shaking his head, Tony smirked in mischief.
"Aww, didn't know I was of such value to you kid... Don't worry, you're next." Tony shouted as he rocketed through the useless gathering of villains straight towards the kid.
Said brat just started scratching at his neck again, his face snarling in disgust despite the fact he looked like a homeless bum. Tony sparked the repulsor again and fire a bolt of concentrated energy straight towards the creepy teenager, whilst watching as the countdown for the monster neared thirty seconds left.
"WHY WON'T-" The brat was cut off as a purple portal formed in front of him and swallowed the repulsor blasts, reflecting them straight back at him. Both lines of energy disappeared as they struck his armour, the nature of the material feeding the remaining energy straight back into his reserves.
"Suggestion for next time pipsqueak... Never show your hand so easily..." Tony landed on top of the monster creature and immediately activated the experimental system that had been freshly installed into his suit just this morning.
A wave of nanomachines created a sludge of metal over his right gauntlet before they straightened, tightened and solidified into a large punching blade that hung a meter over his hands. In an instant a wave of energy sparked through his suit and diverted into his gauntlet, a glowing wave of blue sparking along the conductive fibre of his suit. "Energy siphoned sir, be quick."
That was all he needed to hear as he pulled his right arm back, his left hand grasping at the gooey flesh around the exposed brain of the monster. With extreme prejudice and a vast majority of his suits power he slammed the jagged punch-blade into the brain of the monster and started repeating his jabs.
Flesh sizzled and popped as the loud crooning screech of the monster echoed throughout the building. Sinew stewed and crackled as Tony thrust the lightsaber-like blade horizontally and dragged it along the side, cauterising and launching several slices onto the ruined cobbled below. He continued this for several seconds, his punches never ceasing as he ensured he got everything he could from this attack.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Y- BASTARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" The brat screamed as his pet monster slumped to the floor dead, its eyes completely lifeless now and the brain carved like a lamb to the slaughter.
Tony swore as warning systems blared throughout his suit, a portal sprouting in front of him with the kid's hands slipping through them. Not wanting to know what the kid could do he jumped back with a single pulse from his gauntlets and landed on the stones below, Jarvis tracking the movements of the portal guy and the brat. The other 'villains' were scared shitless, most of them now attempting to flee in the face of his threat.
Lighting his repulsors again he fired several short bursts at his remaining targets, his bursts short in order to conserve energy.
"ALL THESE EXTRAS! THEY ALWAYS INTERFERE!" The kid ranted as the portal guy deflected another salvo of energy back at him.
"FIRST IT WAS SENSEI'S INFORMANT... NOW IT'S THIS USELESS SACK OF SHIT HERO!!!" He was losing his shit and it was quite hilarious for the billionaire. Jarvis was even recording the brat's monologue.... It could be a good source of entertainment if he shared it with the chat group.
"I'M GONNA KILL ALL OF YOU!!!!!!!!" And now he was crashing out, a metal plate on his portal guy's shoulder turning to dust in an instant as he dropped his hand onto it.
"Shigaraki Tomura, we should regroup... I was not able to stop the students from fleeing due to Eraserhead." The brat was frothing at the mouth, his red eyes gleaming with malice.
"FUCK THAT! NOT UNTIL I KILL THIS CUNT!" The portal guy intercepted another few salvos as Tony ensured that the entire event was being recorded by his EMP proof drones; it was.
"All Might will be here soon Shigaraki Tomura, we must retreat!" The man shouted out emphatically before pulling his 'master' back and throwing him through a portal. Tony frowned at the brat disappearing, his suit's sensors scanning through the opening in space to see if it could detect anything for the principle of the school; Drecarios had said that he should rely on him if anything went down.
"Come on! Running away just when the fun started? What sort of pathetic 'Villains' are you guys... Is this rookie hour!?" Tony cajoled sarcastically as the portal guy fled through his own tear in space. That phenomena would be utterly fascinating to replicate with the sensor data he just received from his suit, Jarvis and the drones...
Thunderstruck finished with a flare that he loved before silence swallowed the space in its wake.
In the distance a massive boom thundered throughout the building as a guy that looked like a mix between Arnold Schwarzenegger and Eddie Hall but Japanese and with blonde hair and burning blue eyes.
"It's fine now. Why? Because I am here!"
Every villain still trapped in the building froze or dropped onto their ass if fear as the symbol of peace glared at them angrily. Tony gave a small clap for the dramatic entrance and then turned to the other villains who were arrayed behind him, every single one of them shaking in their boots in fear of him.
"So? You guys want to continue or you want to give me the win and surrender?" All of them dropped to their knees and discarded their weapons at the same time. Smiling at their newly discovered intelligence he turned off the lethality on his weapons and stretched his back. It had been a little bit since he'd had to face so many bad guys, most just ran away from him, back in New York, now. It was good exercise.
"Holy Shit!"
The giant blonde gaped at the teeth and viscera scattered around the square, as well as the burned cranium of the monster-thing.
"You're telling me... This shit was a surprise. My expectations were to deal with some snotty nosed brats, not these twerps." Tony gestured out to the quivering villains as All Might stared at him with trepidation and some level of fear. He couldn't tell why he was shaking but whatever was causing it must have been ingrained into him from someone from his past.
"WE ARE HERE! " All of the teachers of UA shouted aloud before realising they were late and everything was sorted already. Tony rolled his eyes at their cliché intro. All of the drones he had deployed buzzed towards him and quickly burrowed into his suit's spine, the information feeding into the local storage of the suit.
"Okay! So, anyone up for some Chinese food? I know I am..." Every single of the teachers looked at him as if he were stupid, which he utterly resented and huffed about.

Hey guys, just wanted to say hi and chatter a bit...
I made this chapter after quite a few days of thought and browsing Avenger's content. A lot of said content always had Tony/Iron Man fighting from range and never really fighting in close quarters; except for a few instances. I wanted to show in this chapter that is suit really makes him abnormal in comparison to normal villains from MHA and even other genres.
Additionally I wanted to experiment with this style of combat scene, something I don't usually do... So, let me know how that turned out! Anyway...I Hope you enjoyed the Chapter!
