I set the box down on the living room floor and opened it. It was packed with letters as well as stuffed animals. To be honest, I rarely read any of the letters. If I read one, I'd feel obligated to read them all.

I took a picture of the box and sent it to Miu, who was at school.

I smiled as I looked at my phone.

I was only teasing her, but I became curious about what she was going to buy me, so I simply replied, "Thanks."

Then I put my phone away and looked at my mom. She was smiling at me.

"How did you know I was talking to Miu?"

Then I gathered all the stuffed animals and placed them on the couch. I was going to use some of them to decorate my bedroom and my office. After that, I took a picture of all the stuffed animals and posted it on my Instagram Story.

I made it clear that they were all gifts from my fans.

Once I was done, I took the stuffed animals to my bedroom and office and put them away.

Then I sat down in front of my computer to get some work done. I opened my email and noticed there were a few important messages waiting for a reply. I hadn't checked my email in two days.

There were a few emails from Mr. Kuroda, one from Mr. Kenji at Shonen Jump, and two from Asuna.

Besides those, there were a couple of other emails that caught my attention.

[Invitation to Give a Lecture on Fantasy Literature]

It was an invitation sent by a school. Yes, a school. It wasn't the one I attended, but a completely different one.

"They didn't contact the company—they contacted me directly."

The email was very respectful and had been written by the school's principal.

It was an elementary school, so the students were all very young.

The principal wanted me to give a lecture about writing in general, especially fantasy. She said there were many fans of my work at the school and thought it would be a good idea to try contacting me.

I replied that I would have time to meet him tomorrow and thanked her for all the compliments.
