"What….the…..fuck….?" Was the collective gasp of all the hero students, and for good reason. Suzuki, the problem child, somehow the least AND most rational student he's ever had, one he had to fight for in a terrifying custody battle, was sprouting out multiple limbs as he screamed in what appeared to be agony.
"When the hell did Suzuki get a second quirk!?" Shishida screamed out. "Last I checked he just had the one that broke his bones sometimes!"
"Hey, we're just as surprised as you guys!" Kirishima yelled back. "We originally thought Iruma was quirkless before the festival!"
"Quite the dark force that lingers within the wolf of 1-A." Tokoyami looked at the screen in admiration. "Revelry in the Dark."
"It seems he has become swallowed by the Abyss." Kuroiro added in. "Truly what a mad banquet of da-" He was cut off, grabbed by Shiozaki.
"This isn't a time for your occultic rants! He is in desperate need of help, so go out there and do something!" She screamed at him.
"On it. Vlad, you're with…" He was grabbed by the shoulder by Toshinori, who looked worried, but somewhat…knowingly. "Do you know anything about this?" The man was Suzuki's teacher.
"I…I thought…I didn't think…" The former pro stumbled on his words.
"Talk, now, he's in danger." He shook the man, who instantly got back into high gear.
"Nothing I can explain now. We're in a time crunch and we don't know how long he can keep this up while remaining conscious."

"Another power? I thought he just had a strength enhancement!" Things were going well for Shoda. He may not have been the strongest or best student, but he was happy and content. And he'd been winning with the help of his friends Kodai and Yanagi. Then the dangerous student pulls out black limbs out of nowhere.
"RUN!" He shouted. "I can't stop this!" One of Kettei's tendrils made a giant beam fall towards them.
"Monoma, what the fuck did you do to him!?" Pinky yelled, skating out of the way.
"I insulted him until his arms exploded into a black mass! Why didn't you warn anyone beforehand, you cretins!" He shouted out. Of course this was Monoma's fault, cause why not.
"Hey, we were in the dark about this too! This never happened before until you fought him!" Grape Juice complained, using his balls to jump to higher ground. "This is what happens when you try to brainwash someone that's already brainwashed!"
"Most people don't sprout out black whips and try to attack everyone!" Shinso shouted out. "Iruma, respond to me!" He shouted, only for no response to be given. "Just talk back, I can shut you do-!" A black whip nearly took out his head. "Mine, you have a physical quirk, try restraining him!" Wait, HIM!?
"I need to actually get close to land a hit on him!" He avoided falling debris. "I don't think those tendrils are too keen on letting anyone get close!"
"Exactly, try hitting the tendrils! You're bound to get something out of it." Why was it moments like these that popped up around 1-A?
"Alright, here goes everything!" If it did nothing, then they'd just go back to running in terror before their teachers came to hopefully handle the situation. He threw a punch right into a tendril that grabbed his fist, and activated his quirk, double impact. The tendril moved as if hit, then somehow conveyed the message of a glare. "Son of a-" And like that he was sent flying high into the air. He really hated 1-A.

Iruma was feeling the third worst amount of pain he ever felt in his life, beaten by noodle arms and All Forty One healing. Not to mention Monoma being a super jerk and saying really nasty stuff. When this was all over, he would punch him in the face before thinking about forgiving him.
But that was pale in comparison to the one thought that was plaguing his mind. "I sometimes hate having a quirk!" One For All was a super helpful tool, but it made his life way too complicated at times. Every villain wanted it, every hero said it was important, and it kept spouting out random powers and ghost dreams.
Speaking of which, there was a bald man standing in a black space. "So I know what you're thinking. Who is this handsome fellow you're envisioning right now?" No, his current question is why am I hallucinating when my friends are in danger, because that was more important. "Your connection to the rest of us has gotten stronger, but it would be better if you were asleep. I have something important to say to you face to face."
Oh yeah, because falling asleep while getting flinged into buildings was so easy! "Right now, you're using my Quirk, Blackwhip." Oh, so All Might was right about the past Quirk thing. "Yes he was, you've been using Fa Jin and Danger sense to boot."
Wait, so Leftovers and cookbook are more quirks? "Correcto, and funny names by the way." He laughed. "So Blackwhip, let's talk. It takes negative emotions and turns them into controllable blackwhips. And One For All only made them stronger." That would be amazing if it wasn't trying to kill his friends!
"Yeah, it's your first time, and you've been bottling a whole lot of anger for your entire life. The second and third users are slightly intimidated by it." Wait, so seven ghosts are living in his head? "Hey, you're the one that's been seeing our past, technically you're living in our heads." Good point.
"I know getting use to a new power is tricky, believe me, everyone who's ever used One For All has been there, and believe us, we understand when you just need to be angry at the world in general." Thank you for that. "But to get rid of Blackwhip, your mind needs to think the danger is past, meaning calm and tranquil. What makes you calm and relaxed?"
Cookies. Warm milk. The sound of the ocean when he sleeps right next to the shore. Rabbit-Mama whenever she hugs him. Toru whenever she hugs him. Ibara whenever she hugs him. Ochako too. A lot of women want to hug him for some reason. "You are a very oblivious kid. Now, keep these thoughts in mind while you're currently getting your ass kicked."

Ochako ran once more, floating herself into the danger zone. Sure, she was going to hurt Iruma with her current plan, but he'd hate himself more if he was hurting others. Thus, it was her job to keep him secure. She ducked and weaved under the tendrils, using them to get closer and closer. "Zero Gravity is from getting rid of stuff that weighs you down, a fluffy cloudy feeling. Extra Gravity is from stuff that weighs on your soul, like angry vendettas."
It may have sounded less than heroic, but there was a LOT of revenge she wanted to have. Revenge against Bakugo for their first fight, revenge against Toga for kidnapping Iruma, revenge against Toru for being a general pain half the time. Revenge against the Hero Killer for trying to stab Iruma, All For One for torturing Iruma, his parents for brainwashing him.
So much pain her best friend…the boy that she LOVED was forced to carry all the time. When she saw her first hero fight, she was focused less on the hero himself, and more on how happy everyone always seemed to be around them. Heroes made people happy, that was what it was to her. So a question she always asked herself was 'who are the ones that make heroes happy?'
"Add!" She shouted, finally touching the boy. The whips stopped, dragged to the ground under their own weight, Iruma falling suit. She could feel the pressure, but it wasn't as bad as the first time, that was a lot of weight she added then. Now against something as light as Iruma it wasn't that bad.
"Calm … stay calm …" He muttered. "Calm thoughts …"
"Iruma!" She shouted at him. "It's okay, everything's okay!" She shouted, putting a hand on his shoulder.
"It hurts … don't focus on pain … calm …"
"I'm here for you, Iruma!" She wrapped herself into a full hug, even when the tendrils tried to push her off him. "I'll always be here for you!"
"Ochako." The boy tried to stand, only to fall. "So heavy … calm … stay calm …" He muttered. They needed a way to clear his head, fast … of course!
"Iruma, listen to me." She grabbed him. "Let Shinso brainwash you, let him make you calm, okay?" She asked him.
"But…but he could make me do something I don't want to…" Right, again, she would murder those bastard Suzukis for hurting her Iruma!
"That's why I'm here, remember! If he does something bad, I'll break you out of it, you can trust me!"
"Oh...okay…okay…" He said weakly.
"IRUMA!"

He knows what he has to do, he just really hates that he has to do it. There was way too much at stake, and his friend was in danger. Right now it was all or nothing. "IRUMA!" He shouted out, grabbing their attention. "RESPOND, PLEASE!"
He shouted the forbidden words according to 1-A, but desperate times and all. He needed to get in his head, and calm the boy down. Stop him from using an out of control quirk and end up hating it like he hated his own.
"O-OKAY-!" The cowlick boy shouted his response, and his near death expression signaled the end of the black tendril rampage, as they stood stiff and still, before they all sunk back into Iruma's arm.
"What the-seriously, what the hell was that?" Mineta groaned as the rest of them surrounded the descending duo. "That was a far cry from super strength."
"Didn't your class already go through two quirk awakenings? How the hell does he get a third?" Yanagi asked, the boy in question slumping hard. "By the way, has anyone seen Mine?" The boy in question impacted the ground next to her, groaning in pain. "Nevermind."
"I'm…actually not sure how to approach things from here." Monoma walked back cautiously. "Is he going to rampage again or are we good on that front?"
"The teachers haven't announced anything, so I guess the answer is up to Iruma." Uraraka stood the boy up straight, before slapping him across the face. "Iruma! What do you want to do now?"
"I want to win!" He shouted. "... Also I'm still really heavy!"
"Oh, sorry." The girl tapped her fingers together, releasing the boy of his extra weight.
"Good, because the last thing I want to do is end the day with a tie." Monoma smirked wickedly, and Shinso couldn't help but feel the same way. "So let the battle recome-" Iruma apparently recovered quickly, punching the boy in the stomach and sending him flying.
"I'll be fighting Monoma, you guys take care of the rest!" He said, shooting off, leaving them standing there awkwardly.
"So…is Suzuki usually this scary?" Reiko asked.
"It depends on how pissed he gets." Uraraka shrugged. "He's only ever gotten mad at three people in his life though, so maybe Monoma will get off easy."
"...Well you heard the two, let's get back to fighting!" Shinso still needed to earn his spot in the hero course after all.
