Haruto looked at Tsunade with a frown for having him swallow the eye but Tsunade didn't seem to think it was a big deal since she simply calmly said, "Now heal the wound you made on the fish."
Haruto nodded and used the scabbing jutsu to heal the fish before looking at Tsunade.
Tsunade looked at it for a second or so before she nonchalantly walked around the desk and tossed the fish into a bucket with other dead fish before sitting in her seat.
Haruto spotted the soul of the fish leaving before it flopped for a second and truly died.
"Alright, I've seen enough of your skill to understand what you're lacking." Tsunade said softly, causing Haruto to pay full attention to her.
"What is it?" Haruto asked, impatiently.
"Firstly your chakra control is trash." Tsunade complained mercilessly, "What can you do right now? The basic academy exercises and the genin exercises?"
Haruto nodded, he had obviously pretended to have only basic chunin level chakra control since that was what he had exposed publicly.
Otherwise what had taken him fifteen minutes to do could've been done in two seconds with his current level.
"Any other pointers?" Haruto asked Tsunade.
Tsunade frowned and nodded, "There's more, why are kids these days so impatient, your theoretical knowledge is lacking very much on top of your practical knowledge."
Haruto shook his head, "I know more about the human body than I do a fish because I learnt to heal in the I.T department, not using traditional medical methods."
Tsunade nodded, "I know that. Kakashi told me about it. But do you really think that there's no similarities between animals and humans? Why do you think we test new drugs or poisons on animals first?"
Haruto shook his head, "I don't believe that I don't have medical knowledge about the body that you have, you can quiz me on it and I'll surprise you."
Tsunade frowned looking at Haruto's arrogant expression as a vein showed up on her forehead.
"Fine. I'll ask you the most basic question. How do cells produce physical energy?"
Haruto opened his mouth to respond based on his knowledge from Unohana's memories but then froze.
'What?'
'How do cells produce physical energy?'
'But… Bleach doesn't have physical energy…'
'Unohana's memories are all about reiryoku!'
"What? You really don't even know that?" Tsunade asked with clear disdain in her tone causing Haruto to swallow guiltily.
"I know the more complex stuff… like how the body uses proteins to help cells build itself based on the dna's instructions." Haruto tried to argue.
"And?" Tsunade asked with her brows raised, "You don't know the basics, so that means you don't know the fundamentals. What good is it that you know the rest of the stuff?
It's like asking me to trust a palace built on chaff as its foundation."
Haruto sighed in defeat. "You're right. I'm sorry for being so arrogant, I was just taken aback, Tsunade-sama… do you have any other pointers for me? I will heed them and see that I improve."
Tsuande raised her brows in surprise but then nodded.
"Good attitude. You must always respect your seniors. I'll assign you a job in the Konoha Hospital for the next few weeks. Come here whenever you're free from your job at the R&D department and study under me."
"You're going to stay in the village for the next few weeks Tsunade-sama!?" Haruto asked surprised.
"Oh? Why do you think I'll leave? It's my village? I'll come and go as I please, what's that got to do with you?"
Haruto quickly realised his mistake and shook his head, "Nothing Tsunade-sama. I just… I've never seen you in the village since I was young… not even during the Third Hokage's burial ceremony so…"
Tsuande's brows twitched but she sighed and nodded, "Alright… you may leave now."
"Then I'll hope to see more of you from now on Tsunade-sama." Haruto said politely and left the room.
As Haruto left Tsunade got up from her desk and walked back to the bucket where she'd just tossed the fish.
She picked it up and began to examine the fish Haruto had treated more thoroughly.
After a few minutes she frowned.
'He didn't touch the soul to close the wound…'
'But his healing is exactly as amateurish as the healing method for those prisoners that that man gave me.'
'He wasn't even that surprised about Danzo's condition.'
'Was it just because he knew the limits of his questions or did he know something beforehand about the situation?'
'He even has knowledge about advanced medical ninjutsu as he proclaimed… Does that also include knowledge about the soul?'
'Hmm… I have a few more weeks to observe him… I'll test his knowledge and skill then. Why don't I assign him to take care of the experimental patients that need to be healed? Let's see if he does something then.'
Meanwhile outside the Konoha hospital, Haruto received advice from all his template inventory members.
'She definitely thinks something is wrong, Haruto-kun. Beware of her.' Unohana advised.
'That lady is quite sharp indeed.' Grindelwald nodded.
'Hmm… in Kazuma's stories… isn't a person like this your first harem member?' Megumin joked, causing Haruto to make a weird face.
'She's older than your mom.'
'What's wrong with older woman Haruto-kun?' Unohana suddenly asked, sending a chill down Haruto's spine.
'Oh! Nothing Unohana-sama, you are the prettiest most ladylike woman I've ever seen. There must be suitors who want to court standing in a line all around the planet.'
'They'd all be dead by dawn.' Unohana said while smiling softly causing Megumin to break out into a full blown laughter and Haruto to shiver once again.

"Hokage-sama. Do you think this was the work of the same person who gave me information regarding the Daimyo's attack?" Shisui asked softly while on one knee in the Hokage office.
"Hmm… don't you think so?" Fugaku asked while studying a scroll that contained the collective report of all the ANBU on duty the fateful night that Danzo was turned into a dog.
"If they are so dangerous… why didn't they get rid of the attacker who wanted to frame us for taking the Daimyo's life himself?"
Fugaku frowned at that question.
"I fear the answer to that question myself… it seems this mysterious man is helping the Uchiha… but if he wants us at the throne, then he must also have corresponding demands…"
"Corresponding demands?" Shisui frowned this time, he was trying to guess the mind of the man he'd met but a different question kept popping up in his mind.
"He was practicing the Konoha Leaf Concentration exercise when I met him. He might not be the one we're after. Why would a powerful person need to practice such a low level exercise?" Shisui asked the obvious.
Fugaku frowned but answered nonetheless, "I think that was part of a disguise. Had he revealed his true power then, we might have been wary of him and his information and taken other steps instead."
"I understand Hokage-sama." Shisui nodded and was about to request his leave when the doors to the Hokage office suddenly slammed open!
In stepped a ragged looking barefoot Mikoto that indicated that she'd run all the way to the Hokage office before she exclaimed.
"Dear!! Itachi's missing!!"
