Chapter 132 - Chapter 131: Hate the Injustice

You can't walk by a river often without getting your shoes wet—Tony was severely punished, wasn't he?

His heart raced, adrenaline surging. This was an irreversible predicament.

It felt like jumping off a building at breakneck speed. Tony cursed furiously.

"F*** you, Steve! How did you turn into such a monster, even stronger than if you'd taken a little blue pill!"

Tony was depressed. Just a few days ago, Steve hadn't been this formidable. Now, after only days, he was astonishingly powerful.

Before, Tony could bully Steve, striking him from the air however he pleased. Now, Steve could fly and attack at supersonic speeds.

"Jarvis, open the parachute. This time, it's really more ill than good; my life is forfeit!"

Five seconds later, Tony landed, crawling out of his wrecked briefcase armor.

He looked up to see demonic Steve about a hundred meters away, grinning sinisterly.

Steve no longer looked human. Even his closest friends wouldn't recognize him.

Monstrous, like a devil, his face scarred and pitted, covered with fleshy thorns and tumors. Worse than if a dog had chewed him.

He walked deliberately toward Tony, as if the short distance were nothing.

He approached like a predator to a lamb—unhurried, playful, terrifying.

"Heh heh, Tony! Keep running! Keep running!"

His hoarse voice carried heat and menace; Tony broke into a sweat.

Tony chuckled awkwardly. "Uh, Steve, let's talk this out, okay? Everything can be negotiated."

Steve wasn't one to wait around. Tony secretly instructed Jarvis to contact Leo.

"Boss, save me! Steve's taken something and is now a demon! If you don't stop him, Earth's going down!"

Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh. The message went through, and Leo responded telepathically.

"Stop whining. If you die, you die. Earth will keep spinning; don't worry so much. If you want me to save you, say so directly. No nonsense."

Steve outside nearly laughed at Tony's negotiation attempt. Where were you before, huh?

When I begged you to spare Bucky, you refused. Now you're begging me? Forget the door; there isn't even a window!

Steve sneered.

Tony had no choice—he was just delaying. Seeing Steve raise his foot to crush him, Tony yelled:

"Steve! Have you forgotten how my father helped you? If it weren't for my father, where would you be now?"

Steve halted abruptly. His eyes flickered, hesitation crossing his face.

Memories—drinking and chasing girls with Howard, fighting side by side—momentarily surfaced.

Tony seized the pause. "Boss, Boss! I'll agree to anything you say! If you're late, I'm done for!"

"Heh heh, Tony, you really won't cry until you see the coffin, huh? Must you be on the verge of death to relent?"

Leo laughed. Tony, desperate, was dying of anxiety.

"Alright," Leo said. "My condition: you become my subordinate from now on. Strike where I tell you! Do whatever I say!"

Harsh conditions—Tony had never been anyone's subordinate. But before he could think, Steve regained focus.

"Tony, sweet words won't save you. How can Howard compare to Bucky? You killed him. I must kill you to avenge him."

No one could replace Bucky. Steve's rage was absolute.

He raised his foot to crush Tony like an ant. Tony barely rolled away in time, narrowly avoiding death.

Seeing his doom, Tony begged in his mind, "Boss, save me! I agree!"

"Congratulations. Your life is saved," Leo said.

Just as Steve struck again, a deep-blue light appeared from over a hundred kilometers away, teleporting Tony to safety.

"Who—who is it?!"

Steve's foot missed Tony, and he roared repeatedly in anger.

"It's me. What are you going to do about it?"

Leo had arrived.

Steve, astonished, pointed at him. He'd never met Leo, but his legend was known.

The God on Earth—Leo—was not to be provoked, a fact recognized by world leaders.

Steve immediately became enraged. "Why are you stopping me? I just want revenge! I haven't harmed heaven or Earth!"

His furious questions echoed through the forest. The world seemed to conspire against him.

From a small guy in Brooklyn to a Super Soldier, to Captain America—every step manipulated by someone else.

S.H.I.E.L.D., two unknown individuals, and even the Hell Lord Mephisto had used him. Why was the world against him?

All he wanted was revenge for his brother. Why was that impossible?

In his anger, Steve descended fully into hell, transforming into an inhuman, ghost-like figure.

Anger, hatred, and love—most powerful forces—made him evolve.

No—he was like the Hulk by nature; his power came from anger.

Steve transformed into his demonic Hulk form, his strength doubled.

This form embodied the evil in his heart, intense hatred for an unjust world, a desire to destroy it utterly.
