Chapter 175 - Dungeon party-3

As soon as she collected a certain amount of metal, she built several structures with solar panels and windmills on top. These became the powerhouses. Finally, she created a large factory-like building where machines operated to produce dozens of humanoid robots. Within five minutes, the first batch emerged, each holding a high-tech electromagnetic rifle. They first saluted Lina and then kneeled in front of me.

Next, a small flying drone, designed for scouting, led them into the forest to hunt goblins. Meanwhile, Lina, who initiated all this, sat comfortably in a chair with a robot holding an umbrella for her while she sipped coconut water. Sensing my gaze, she looked at me and said, "Master, please come and sit with me."

I obeyed and sat beside her. I asked, "Lina, I've never seen this type of fighting style before." She smiled and replied, "Master, I may not be strong on my own, but with my science, magic, and cultivation, I can create an army of strong fighters. Also, I prefer to watch from a distance rather than get involved in bloody battles."

I laughed at her words. This disciple of mine might not have the best cultivation techniques, but she is special. As I watched her relax, I thought about it. Relying on an army of robots is fine, but she still needs real fighting experience. Without wasting any time, I said, "Lina, I'm going to stay here while you take the robot army to fight monsters. You need to be on the front lines. You should use the Chaos Titan battle mode to engage those monsters."

Lina made a puppy face with teary eyes when she heard this and asked if she could stay and command her army of robots. However, with a heavy heart, I insisted she go and fight.

With a sad expression, she stood up from the chair and headed towards the forest. The first dozen robots surrounded her to form a formation. She then used a small amount of Qi condensation realm cultivation to create a few pieces of armor around her body and took out a scepter made of black obsidian.

Soon, all of my disciples set out to hunt and gather points for today's competition. I sat alone in the chair, gazing at the clear blue sky. I instructed the system to monitor my disciples' movements and display it in real-time.

Three screens appeared before me, each showing the point of view of my three disciples.

**POV: Third person**

Currently, Lu Xiaoran was nimbly running among the deep forest trees, making no sound as he searched for a target. Soon, he spotted his first target. A few dozen meters ahead, he saw movement. He halted and, using his spiritual sense, got a clear view of the target. In front of him was a large gathering of humanoid creatures. Unlike humans, these creatures were no more than four feet tall, with green skin and armed with stone daggers and spears. These were the classic goblins commonly found in fantasy settings. Recognizing them, Lu Xiaoran confirmed they were just normal goblins worth only one point.

Still, he needed to start gathering points. He wasted no time and moved swiftly into the group. Shockingly, none of the goblins reacted. Why? Because they froze into ice sculptures the moment Lu Xiaoran entered their vicinity. Without wasting any more time, Lu Xiaoran moved on as the ice sculptures of the goblins shattered into pieces.

Deciding to press on, he soon discovered a goblin village ahead with at least a hundred goblins and a hobgoblin leader among them. He summoned a bit of spiritual energy and invoked a third-grade magic circle called "Ice Blizzard." In an instant, the entire village was engulfed in a storm of ice, with icicles as sharp as knives raining down. All the goblins perished, leaving only the hobgoblin leader alive. Witnessing the destruction, the leader attempted to flee, but an ice spear pierced his head.

Watching this, Lu Xiaoran checked the leaderboard for his ranking. He now had 124 points and saw the rankings as follows:

1. Lu Xiaoran = 124 points

2. Lina = 10 points

3. Roman = 0

He smiled, pleased to be ahead of them. However, his smile faded as the rankings changed.

1. Roman = 288 points

2. Lu Xiaoran = 124 points

3. Lina = 10 points

A little further away, Roman was observing a second goblin village he had found. Until now, he had located two villages but hadn't killed any goblins. He didn't want to fight for just one or two points. He aimed for larger targets, like hobgoblins and above.

Soon, with his spiritual sense, he found the perfect target. A large army of goblins was moving in a specific direction. He immediately intercepted them. This army included five orcs, dozens of hobgoblins, and many goblins. He assessed their strength. The orcs were only D rank, and the goblins posed no threat. He summoned his spiritual energy and used the Chaos Titan battle technique, transforming into a ten-foot giant made of thunder. He charged straight at the army, and soon only the screams of goblins could be heard.

After incinerating the entire army, he checked his points, which now stood at 288. He felt satisfied and set off to hunt again, moving towards the direction the goblin army had taken.

He knew he was at the top of the rankings, but he was unaware that, in a few minutes, the ranking would shift again. Someone was steadily gaining points without immediately surpassing others. It was Lina, who was slowly eliminating anyone in the way of her and her robot army.

1. Roman = 288 points

2. Lu Xiaoran = 124 points

3. Lina = 33 points +1 +1 +1…
