Yuhao stood by his window, looking out at the flames rising fsr away in the distance, "It seems he guessed some things." Yuhao muttered to himself as he slowly walked back to the desk and continued working on the blueprints.
The City he was building couldn't truly be called a city, In this World of Douluo, Soul Tools were important and Yuhao understood that too.
Unlike many before, Yuhao's talent now had far surpassed any being in this Universe. Yet, he still believes he isn't a match for the countless beings of this World, due to one factor. Creativity and Inspirations.
As someone who managed to effortlessly become a Level 9 Soul Engineer now according to classifications, using the knowledge of the fallen Ancient Civilization from when Soul Tools originated.
Yuhao had discovered a language he called 'Runes', a language with it's own power, it was a completely different system than the ones currently used.
Runes were similar to the building blocks of abilities in that Era, the combination of different runes resulted in different results, but the power of it depended on the individual's power and ability.
In essence, they cultivated similarly to Soul Masters but they merely increased their energy and life level, to breakthrough a Major Level, they needed talent, luck and hardwork, they didn't need a Soul Ring. All their abilities were created by themselves using runes.
These runes, after being simplified and adjusted, eventually became the core of Soul Tools. The language used for Soul Core array engravings, Yuhao himself used the Universal Search Engine to gain the original rune knowledge.
Although it's been only a few days at most, Yuhao used this knowledge and his now unreasonable talent to easily become a Level 9 Soul Engineer, but, that's the problem... he's a Level 9 Soul Engineer and could become a Level 10 Soul Engineer, the first ever. But his inspiration and creativity are now influenced and based around knowledge given by the Slide and System.
So, he has a natural advantage of standing on the shoulders of giants anf predecessors but, these people all created these themselves, including the Soul Engineers of this Era.
As a God, Yuhao who was still accepting the fact that becoming a God was this easy and that now, due to being a walker of the True Creation Authority or Fantasy Authority as it mutated into with Yuhao, he being the Child of the Universe could affect the underlying code of the Universe.
Meaning, if he wished, he could make things from other Worlds a reality in his World but the problem was that he would have to modify everything from scratch, he's too immature in his mastery of his Authority to do that currently.
Anyways, now, Yuhao who had a solid foundation in Soul Tools, was building something that was...in essence a Floating City, that's right, a Floating City.
It utilizes spatial power and also spirit power in the atmosphere to create a sort of suspended floating but Yuhao couldn't get it working yet, he was thinking of switching to a gravitational type of power now to make the huge city float.
But then he'd have energy issues, so for that, he has to create a energy source, which is very difficult.
So, he was now custom building a Soul Power version of Nuclear Fission, What about Nuclear Fusion? He hasn't even worked on Fission yet! How could he make the more advanced one right now!?
So, Yuhao was currently scratching his head on how to make Nuclear Fusion or Fission or whatever he can make to make an energy source.
As for asking the Universe? He isn't some idiot, he only asks for information and necessary foundational knowledge, if he asked it for everything, wouldn't he become useless?
He has time now, so he can take it at his own pace. If he didn't have time? He'll directly ask the Universe for Cheats

"...So, This is the prototype?" Tianmeng and Jinghui who were recalled to help Yuhao do a test and basically act as a protection mechanism asked.
"So...Big Brother(Yuhao) wants me to devour any energy if it goes out of control?" Jinghui, now a God, could speak normally without any issues.
"Yes. Jinghui, you're someone walking the Path of Devouring, so you should be able to easily handle this energy. Because it's a prototype I made, its energy levels will atmost reach a Quasi-God." Yuhao said as he was engraving some parts of the core.
Unlike the usual Soul Tools that had Cores with arrays built inside them, Yuhao's had multiple arrays across the entire machine, each serving different yet auxiliary purposes with the core component he used being a metal he modified himself, 'Energy Metal', quite a simple name, he wasn't too concerned about the name.
It's function was quite simple, using multiple entries and part of Legend Series bloodline, he modified the metal itself to be able to absorb and amplify normal Spirit Power in the atmosphere and then carved even more amplification runes on them and the auxiliary cores were stabilizers and amplifiers as well.
In essence...It was kind of like a bomb, hence why Yuhao had Jinghui and Tianmeng alongside him, because he didn't want to accidentally destroy tbe area.
Although Yuhao was currently floating in the air, quite a bit above the Ocean, that's right, they ran to the Ocean to test the object.
Because this machine has no pollution or radiation, it's basically just a energy production item that can act as a bomb if necessary or by mistake.
So, Yuhao drove away all Spirit Beasts in the area using his Aura and then began to set up the machine.
"... Experiment #1, Test begins in...3...2..1!"
The machine that was shaped similar to a circle with the only energy outlet positioned on the top with multiple stabilizers, looking like a Flask? Huh? Why did this look like a conical flask?
Well, ignoring that, as Yuhao activated the machine, it slowly began to glow a dim white light as it began to absorb the energy in the atmosphere, slowly glowing brighter and brighter and the circular part began to rotate horizontally.
"It's working!"
It began to spin faster and faster, "...Yuhao, is that supposed to?" Tianmeng pointed at the machine which kept spinning faster and faster and slowly leaking the stabilized Soul Power through it's tom
"No." Yuhao said as he sighed, "It's supposed to release more energy... instead it's absorbing more and more faster while the release is too slow." Yuhao said.
"That means...?"
"It's gonna explode." Yuhao said as it began to turn slightly red.
"Ah."
With a bang, the tool exploded as Jinghui absorbed all the energy, but suddenly the Sky turned black with clouds rolling down.
