The Human side is being handled by him and Bei Bei, because the Soul Ring path was wrong from the beginning itself, it was caused by that idiot Dragon God too.
Most of the true strong men of the ancient humans died back then due to the fall of the Dragon God and the immense power they had to suffer, especially since that guy's Grave fell into Douluo World. Leading to a vaccum in power.
During that time, Spirit Beasts who had fused with Deagon God's blood after his fall began producing Soul Rings when killed based on Divine Rings, which, eventually lead to the slowly skewed cultivation system of Soul Masters and Soul Rings.
In simple terms, Damn You Dragon God!
So, Yuhao was now trying to fix or atleast modify the Cultivation system so that humans won't be locked down in this skewed path forever.
His current options to fix these were the Hybrid Bloodline which belongs to Bei Bei and technically himself too and the other is the Artificial Soul Rings he made before.
Both are possible but, the Bloodline will take a long time, probably tens of thousands of years to spread across the World while Artificial Soul Rings could be popularized in a few years atmost.
But the prerequisites was that he had a strong enough faction, one that was Supreme and Untouchable, a truly completely neutral force.
Although he couldn't guarantee it to always be neutral, atleast until he finished removing the shackles on humanity, it was necessary to be neutral.
As for Spirit Beasts? As a friend of multiple Spirit Beasts, well, New Spirit Beasts, he would also try to reduce their troubles....but about the older Strong Spirit Beasts like the Star Dou Forest's Core Area and the Far North... Tianmeng said he has a grudge against the Star Dou ones and Yuhao feels nothing about the Far North which Tianmeng isn't even interested in anymore.
So, if those Spirit Beasts of Far North are agreeable, they'll be allowed to grow stronger. But if they're arrogant and act lawless, Yuhao will show them that, he wasn't the one who needs help. As for Star Dou? Tianmeng's creepy laughter still rings out sometimes, he's definitely planning some plot.
Anyways, looking at Ma Hongjun before him, he was confused, "...Bei Bei, he told me about the people one can take with the other during ascension...That Third Brother could take five people with him."
Oh! So that's why he was so dazed, Yuhao realised as he gave a thumbs up mentally to Bei Bei, "That's wrong." He said as Ma Hongjun seemed to feel relieved.
"A God King can take five people and a First Class God can take two people, in simple terms, Tang San who's a Dual God, can take Seven people to the God Realm in total." He said to them.
"Considering the Titan Giant Ape and Azure Python back then, Xiao Wu and his parents, Tang San could still take two more people with him." Yuhao said bluntly as Ma Hongjun froze slightly.
"...But..Third Brother...He told me that he couldn't take more people...that it would violate the God Realm's laws.." "...I...I need some time.." Ma Hongjun said as he vanished, Yuhao just casually made another desk as he placed the blueprints back on it.
"...I pity him, having to suffer so long because of Tang San's selfishness..." Yuhao muttered to himself as he looked in the direction Ma Hongjun fled in.
