Batman ignored his self-defense and spoke to himself: "If you want me to cooperate, fine, but I want to join! You must tell me the truth!"
He finally understood that every time Dane planned to do something, he always did it quietly, never informing them.
This was true for Lucifer's matter, Zod's matter, and the matters of hell.
But he couldn't accuse him of anything, because he himself was the same; he didn't like others interfering in Gotham's affairs, even if sometimes Gotham's lunatics would cause greater disasters.
He believed Dane always knew he was trying to restrict the members of the Justice League, but Dane had also always indulged him.
They were both the type of people who liked to control everything from the shadows. If that was the case, why couldn't they cooperate?
Batman rarely thought this way before, but now, he increasingly felt that instead of acting independently, it was better to combine their strengths, at least their ideologies should be highly consistent.
Dane didn't reply, but a few seconds later, a beam of light teleported him into the Batcave.
He only glanced around the Batcave and roughly guessed what Batman had lost.
"Your Kryptonite was stolen?"
Batman replied, "Not all of it. She only took a very inconspicuous small piece from this Kryptonite."
Saying this, Batman opened the workbench's display, showing the magnified Kryptonite gap to Dane.
Then he continued, "But I don't understand what this means? She only took so little, what could she use it for?"
Dane stood with his arms crossed, smiling as he looked at the screen: "You already suspect it was Atomica, so what do you think she could use this Kryptonite fragment for?
Let me remind you, Atomica can become very small, incredibly small, so small that even your current microscopic enlarger might not be able to see her."
Batman's face immediately changed, and he had a bad premonition. 930
If he had obtained this fragment and possessed the same abilities as Atomica.
He could place this small Kryptonite in a place where Clark couldn't see it or reach it.
For example, in his internal organs, his blood vessels, or even his brain.
Superman might be the man of steel; his body, even when facing such a small piece of Kryptonite, might not need to fear it at all.
But what if that fragment appeared within his brain nerves?
Even such a small piece of Kryptonite is far larger than a nerve ending, already sufficient to cause severe damage to some critical areas.
"Her target is Superman! But why?" Batman was very puzzled, "Does she have a grudge against Superman?"
As far as he knew, Clark was not a troublemaker.
"She has no personal vendetta against Superman; their stances are just different."
"Whose person is she?" Batman mused, suddenly thinking of some people, "Sam Lane or Amanda Waller?"
Batman was indeed very smart. Dane replied, "I found that she first joined Waller's team."
It was her, indeed. Batman nodded, but then felt something was off.
Although Waller would try every means to find the Justice League members' weaknesses, as long as she was sane, she shouldn't actively provoke trouble.
But Atomica's current act of stealing Kryptonite felt like she wanted to actively do something, to give the World a little shock.
No! There's someone else behind her!
Dane didn't keep him waiting long and continued, "Of course, Waller believes Atomica is her subordinate, but she's not; she works for another organization."
"What organization?"
Dane smiled with an unclear meaning: "An organization from another Universe, very similar to ours. They call themselves the Crime Syndicate."
"This organization is also composed of metahumans, and many of its members possess abilities similar to ours. Bruce, you must understand the multiverse theory, right?"
