Yvonne Lawson shook her head with a forlorn expression, "It's nothing. Every time I think of the child, I feel uneasy and sorry for him."
"The doctor said it's nothing serious, he'll be fine in a few days." Owen Hayes thought Yvonne Lawson was talking about the child being weak.
"I know, my heart aches for his future. Now that he's born, the field for his father's name is blank, and when he goes to school, that father's field will still be blank. By then, he'll surely be laughed at by the other kids in school." Yvonne Lawson said this, almost in tears.
Owen Hayes's expression turned somewhat unpleasant, "You said before that you weren't after these formalities."
