"The chaos and conflict in the ninja world over the years… you've all seen the truth behind it now. You know who's been pulling the strings."
Naruto began his conclusion.
"To many of you, people like Ōtsutsuki, Uchiha Madara, Uchiha Obito, and Nagato are villains—terrorists, ruthless criminals."
"But if you really think about it…"
"Zetsu wanted to save his mother. Madara wanted ultimate peace. Obito wanted to create a better world for Rin. Nagato wanted to force peace through pain."
"They all had their own goals."
"Just like you."
"They had selfish desires… but they also wanted peace, in their own way."
Naruto turned toward them one by one.
"Madara—did you want to use Infinite Tsukuyomi to bring peace to the world?"
Madara snorted coldly, saying nothing.
"Obito—did you want to create a peaceful world for Rin?"
Obito held his head, trembling silently.
"Nagato—you captured the tailed beasts, planned to create the Ten Tails, and wanted to force the world to understand pain… so it could value peace. That was your goal too, right?"
Nagato said nothing. His expression was complicated.
"They've all admitted it."
Naruto looked at the crowd.
"Even as villains… despite all the bloodshed and conspiracies… they still wanted peace."
"Everyone here—who doesn't want peace?"
"Who doesn't want a world where people can live calmly and happily?"
His voice rang out like thunder.
"Then tell me—"
"Why does peace never exist in the ninja world?"
The entire crowd froze.
Even Hashirama and Madara exchanged stunned looks.
Naruto continued:
"In theory, if everyone understood each other, there would be no conflict."
"But in reality—"
"People are driven by interests, emotions, hatred."
"And true understanding… is impossible."
"The gap between theory and reality…"
"That's why peace never comes."
"The Five Great Villages look peaceful on the surface—but fight constantly in secret."
"Small nations become battlefields for the powerful."
"You have your justice. I have mine."
"And the cycle never ends."
Jiraiya lowered his head.
This was the ideal he had always believed in—mutual understanding.
And yet…
Reality kept proving him wrong.
Naruto suddenly asked:
"Do you want to know how peace is actually achieved?"
Everyone looked at him.
Hope filled their eyes.
"First—there are too many nations. Too many voices."
"Without a single authority… there can never be true peace."
"So—"
"The ninja world must be unified."
A ripple spread through the crowd.
"Once unified, conflicts become internal problems."
"Just like within a village—disputes exist, but they can be managed."
"As generations pass, hatred fades."
"And eventually…"
"Peace becomes the norm."
"Unification is the only path."
The crowd erupted into whispers.
Ordinary people lit up with hope.
But the ninjas…
Were conflicted.
And the elites—Their faces darkened.
Because they understood exactly what that meant.
Loss of power.
Loss of status.
Loss of control.
The nobles stared at Naruto with hatred.
Because this idea…
Would destroy their entire system.
Madara suddenly laughed loudly.
"Hashirama! You see? My path was right!"
"If we had united the world back then, none of those wars would have happened!"
Hashirama fell silent.
Naruto continued calmly:
"I can see your hesitation."
"You want peace—but you don't want to lose what you have."
"Simple solution."
"Give you a powerful external enemy."
The atmosphere froze.
"Under enough pressure…"
"You'll unite."
"Internal conflicts will disappear."
"And eventually…"
"You'll become one."
The crowd went silent.
Fear crept in.
Madara smiled.
"So that's your plan… become the enemy of the entire world?"
Nagato's eyes lit up.
Naruto laughed.
"Relax."
"You think I'd bother?"
"To be honest…"
"The entire ninja world together…"
"Isn't even worth one slap from me."
Silence.
Then Naruto's tone changed.
"You frogs in a well…"
"Do you really think this world is all there is?"
"I'll show you."
"What the real world looks like."
"And what a true enemy looks like."
He stomped his foot.
The entire arena expanded instantly.
Light and space twisted— And suddenly everything changed.
The rocky plains disappeared.
Darkness.
Cold.
Silence.
A vast, barren landscape.
And in the distance— A massive blue sphere.
"That… what is that?!"
"That's… the ninja world!! We're on the moon?!"
Panic spread instantly.
"This is impossible!"
"How did we get here?!"
But the strong understood immediately.
"This… is space-time ninjutsu and on this scale it's beyond anything imaginable."
Tsunade was stunned.
Hashirama inhaled sharply.
Madara silently calculated and felt something he rarely did: Pressure.
Then— A figure descended from the sky.
A young man in white robes.
Eyes empty.
Presence cold and arrogant.
"Who are you?"
"Why have you entered my domain?"
Naruto smiled casually and waved.
"Yo, Toneri."
"We came to visit."
"You've been alone on the moon for too long."
"So I brought you some company."
"Don't be shy."
The boy in white—Otsutsuki Toneri
Stared down at the crowd in shock.
And just like that— The stage of the ninja world
Expanded beyond Earth itself.
