His fists were wrapped in blazing flames as he smashed them into Douglas.

The explosion of fire lit up the sky as Douglaswas blasted hundreds of meters away, crashing straight into a pile of ruins. Dust swallowed the entire battlefield.
Luffy stood up. "Everyone stay out of this!"

Douglas blocked a few, but one punch caught him and blew him away.
Luffy chased him instantly. "Gum-Gum Black Mamba!"
A rain of red-black punches came down like a storm.
Douglas, who had just gotten back up, staggered under the barrage.

He slid back several steps before stopping.
He burst out laughing. "No wonder you're worth one and a half billion. You've got guts."
He charged. His arms wrapped in Haki as he slammed a fist into Luffy's gut.
Pain stabbed through Luffy's stomach, but he retaliated with another punch. Douglasleaned back and unleashed a flurry of blows, launching Luffy away.

Luffy forced himself to stand. "Yeah. You're the one who's finished."
His arm extended again, winding through the air.
Douglas roared as he rushed in. "Show me everything you've got, Straw Hat! Let me feel your strength!"
His fists wrapped in Haki as he closed in.
Luffy's fists ignited with blazing fire. "Gum-Gum King Cobra!"
Their punches collided, Luffy's fist smashing into Douglas's face and Douglas's fist smashing into his.

Both fighters were blown backward, crashing into different piles of rubble. Dust billowed everywhere.
Luffy deflated out of Gear Fourth like a punctured balloon and tumbled across the ground. He lay there, gasping for breath.
