Paragus stared in horror—Frieza's glowing energy beam tore straight through his chest.
Frieza cleared his throat, pretending to panic. "Look over there!"
"Broly!"
"Your father's been brutally murdered!"
Broly's eyes widened as he saw his father's lifeless body collapse to the ground. He clutched his head and roared in agony.
A violent surge of green energy exploded from his body and shot into the sky. Goku, in Super Saiyan Blue form, quickly backed off, staring in disbelief as Broly's power spiraled out of control.
With each furious scream, Broly's energy grew stronger and stronger.
The world seemed to freeze. Only Broly's roaring and that monstrous aura filled the air.
His eyes turned blood-red. Emerald light wrapped around him like wildfire.
Then—a towering green pillar of energy burst upward, splitting the battlefield in two.
Broly slowly rose from the glowing inferno, both hands radiating a deadly aura. His power poured out endlessly, the green light swallowing him whole.
Frieza laughed maniacally. "Hahaha! My plan worked perfectly!"
Around Broly, a violent emerald storm formed, shredding the air itself. His strength kept climbing, his mind consumed by rage.
Spheres of green energy rained from above like deadly hail, each explosion lighting up the battlefield.
The once-solid ground now looked like the mouth of hell.
Goku dodged frantically as blasts of energy ripped past him.
Broly roared again—his green energy sphere expanding faster and faster, disintegrating everything it touched.
The sphere ballooned, threatening to engulf even Goku.
With a flash of blue light, Goku blasted skyward at top speed!
A massive green beam shot out from Broly's sphere, chasing after him like a predator.
Frieza's grin widened. "Yes! That's the look I wanted to see!"
Vegeta, watching from afar, shouted angrily, "What the hell are you waiting for, Kakarot, you idiot?!"
He rocketed into the air to join Goku. "Now's not the time to play solo hero!"
Goku sighed helplessly. "Guess I just don't like losing."
Vegeta snarled and powered up, blue energy flaring wildly around him.

Goku and Vegeta bolted, teleporting right in front of Frieza before disappearing again.
Frieza froze, eyes widening. "W-wait! It's me—Frieza!"
Broly didn't care. A raging blast of energy slammed into him head-on.
Frieza screamed as the explosion swallowed him whole.
"Now, Vegeta!" Goku shouted. "Over here!"
Vegeta blinked. "What the hell are you planning now?!"
Before he could react, Goku grabbed him and Instant Transmissioned them both beside Piccolo.
Piccolo's eyes widened. "What the hell happened to you two?!"
Goku sat up, panting. "We'll talk later. Hey, Piccolo, got any senzu beans?"
Piccolo shook his head. "No."
Goku stood up. "Then we'll have to do this another way. Vegeta, you remember the Fusion Dance, right?"
Vegeta's eyes went wide. "You mean that ridiculous fusion thing?!"
Goku demonstrated the goofy pose. "This one!"
Vegeta looked utterly disgusted. "Don't be stupid! There's no way I'm doing that!"
Goku held up three fingers. "It only lasts thirty minutes! We used the Potara earrings before, but we don't have those now. Without fusion, we don't stand a chance against him!"
Vegeta glared. "Even if we have to fuse, you expect me to do that idiotic dance?!"
Goku sighed. "If we don't, we can't beat him—and the Earth's gonna be dust!"
Vegeta turned away. "Then that's Earth's bad luck."
Goku smirked. "So you're fine with Bulma dying too, huh?"
Vegeta froze, face turning red. "D-don't say embarrassing crap like that!"
