The Monarch continued speaking, his voice steady as the room listened in silence.

"Likewise, Oculon did not stop with Green Crynthos," he said.

"He traveled to the Abyss of Agony… to Silver Crynthos… and to Red Crynthos."

"In each realm, he made changes. He altered ancient rules and formed several pacts to prevent any possible danger from spreading between dimensions."

Ash listened closely, arms crossed.

"And those efforts succeeded," the Monarch continued.

"For a long time, the realms remained stable. Peace, though fragile, was maintained across the dimensions."

He paused briefly before continuing.

"Our realm… Black Crynthos… is different from the others."

Renji lifted his head slightly at the name.

"Black Crynthos is the stabilizer of energy and power across the entire Glycon constellation," the Monarch said.

"The flow of energy between realms remains balanced because Black Crynthos acts as the dominion over them all."

He lowered his voice slightly.

"It holds authority over both extremes… the Abyss of Agony… and the Warrior's Mirage."

Silence followed his words.

Because now, for the first time, Renji understood something important.

The realm he stood in…

Was not just another world.

It was the center that kept all others from collapsing into chaos.

The Monarch paused for a moment before continuing, his voice slower now, as if he were remembering something that still unsettled him.

"It was a normal day," he began.

"I was there… and my friend Varkus was with me."

"I served Valerius," the Monarch continued, "and Varkus served Arkon. We trained under them every day."

"We were training as usual," the Monarch said, "when suddenly… the air changed."

His voice lowered slightly.

"A heavy pressure filled the area."

"It was not wind… not heat… but something else. Something that made breathing difficult."

Renji felt tension build in his chest just listening.

"I looked toward Valerius… and Arkon," the Monarch continued.

"And that was the first time… I saw fear on their faces."

The room grew completely silent.

"The first time," he repeated quietly.

"Both of them stood still."

"They did not speak."

"They did not move."

"Their eyes… were fixed on the sky."

The Monarch exhaled slowly.

"At the same time, Varkus and I began trembling."

"Not from fear… but from fever."

"A violent fever that struck within seconds."

"Our bodies burned as if something inside us was reacting to the air itself."

He paused briefly.

"And then… we saw them."

"The Three Gods."

Renji leaned forward slightly.

"They were there—Basaltos, Oculon, and Skayr."

"But something was wrong."

The Monarch's expression darkened.

"They were shocked."

"Their eyes… showed something I had never seen before."

"Inferiority."

Ash frowned slightly at that word.

"They looked… smaller," the Monarch continued.

"As if something above them existed."

Renji swallowed.

"And then we saw it."

He lifted his gaze slightly, as if reliving the memory.

"In the sky… there was a single object."

"Black."

"Thin."

"Very small at first."

"It floated slowly… descending toward the ground."

"No sound."

"No wind."

"Just movement."

Slow.

Unstoppable.

"And then… we realized it was not an object."

"It was a creature."

"He looked human."

"A normal body."

"Real flesh."

"But something felt wrong."

"His skin was not burned,"

"But it looked like it had been exposed to extreme heat for a very long time."

"There was a faint glow beneath his skin."

"As if something inside him was constantly burning."

Renji felt a chill run down his spine.

"His head…" the Monarch said slowly, "was surrounded by black flames."

"Not bright flames."

"Not like fire."

"They were dark."

"Heavy."

"They did not give light."

"They made everything around him darker."

"His eyes…" the Monarch continued, voice almost strained,

"They burned through the darkness."

"He did not move much."

"He did not need to."

"The heat around him was not fire."

"It felt like pressure."

"Like the air itself had gained weight."

The Monarch's hands clenched slightly.

"And then…"

He paused.

"The entire Black Crynthos froze."

"Not from ice."

"From fear."

"From pressure."

"From something beyond our understanding."

"We did not know…"

"whether he was an ally…"

"or an enemy."
