Chapter 33 - 33 Dinner & Reunion

The grand dining hall of the floating castle was bathed in the soft, crystalline light of the eternal blossoms. Around the massive, polished oak table sat a group that defied all logic of the supernatural world.

Valina Lucifer sat with perfect, aristocratic posture, though her eyes curiously tracked the glowing architecture of the room. Beside her, the newly liberated Albion and Ygnisia—two legendary heavenly dragons now in breathtaking human forms—were engaged in a quiet, competitive glaring match. Kuroka lounged elegantly in her chair, a playful smirk on her lips, while Le Fay sat stiffly, overwhelmed by the sheer density of mana in the air.

At the end of the table sat Asia Argento. Her hands were folded neatly in her lap, her green eyes wide with awe as she took in the beauty of her new sanctuary. She looked incredibly small amidst dragons and notorious outlaws, yet she felt completely safe.

"Everyone, make yourselves comfortable," Jay's voice echoed gently from the adjacent grand kitchen.

"It will take me a few minutes to finish. You're all going to need your strength, especially the ones who are about to arrive."

Jay stood before a massive stove, his sleeves rolled up, entirely focused on the ingredients before him. He had bypassed standard human food, opting instead to reach into the Toriko universe through his system. However, raw Gourmet Cell ingredients were far too volatile for normal for girl they wil look like steorids body builder. Using his Creation and Law Manipulation authorities, Jay meticulously modified them.

He pulled a massive cut of Jewel Meat from his spatial storage. The meat literally illuminated the kitchen, shimmering with a breathtaking, iridescent glow. He roasted it flawlessly, altering its properties so that consuming it would drastically multiply physical strength, agility, and vitality without adding an ounce of bulky muscle.

Next was the Century Soup. Jay carefully simmered the crystal-clear broth. A single drop held the concentrated essence of countless ingredients, designed to instantly mend the soul, erase deep-rooted fatigue, and completely rejuvenate the drinker.

Finally, he prepared a dessert using Rainbow Fruit, sweetening it into an elegant tart. The fruit's juice would act as a miraculous purifier, expanding the consumer's mana pool to ocean-like depths while flushing out all cellular impurities—effectively granting flawless, glowing skin and enhanced beauty.

Just as the intoxicating, heavenly aroma of the feast began to drift into the dining hall, a spatial portal shimmered open near the grand entrance.

Serafall Leviathan, Elysia, and the two battered peerages stepped through. The young Devils looked as though they had been dragged through a warzone. Rias and Sona were leaning against each other, while Kiba, Akeno, and the rest were covered in soot, sweat, and minor scratches that Elysia had left as "souvenirs."

Jay wiped his hands on a towel and walked out of the kitchen, leaning casually against the archway.

"Welcome back. Did you break them, Serafall?"

Serafall dropped her bubbly magical-girl persona for a brief, serious moment. She looked at the exhausted teens, her eyes shining with genuine pride.

"They surpassed expectations, Jay-chan. I'm not exaggerating when I say almost everyone here has touched the Early Ultimate-Class Devil stage!"

Elysia giggled, twirling a pink crystal petal between her fingers.

"They were absolutely dazzling, Jay-kun. A little bruised, but their colors are so vibrant now!"

Jay nodded slowly, his masked face turning toward the panting heirs.

"Acceptable. But early Ultimate-Class is just the starting line. There's still a long way to go."

Rias managed a tired, defiant smirk.

"We won't disappoint you."

"Good," Jay said, turning back toward the dining hall.

"Now come eat. I cooked."

The exhausted peerages practically dragged themselves into the dining hall. However, the moment they crossed the threshold, two things happened simultaneously.

First, the heavenly aroma of the Jewel Meat and Century Soup hit their senses, causing their stomachs to roar violently. Everyone, from the stoic Sona to the elegant Akeno, instantly began drooling.

Second, the Gremory and Sitri peerages noticed exactly *who* was sitting at the table.

Koneko Toujou froze. Her golden eyes widened in absolute shock, her breathing hitched, and the fatigue in her body was instantly replaced by a sharp, panicked adrenaline.

Sitting across the table, waving playfully, was an SS-Class Stray Devil.

"Nee-sama..." Koneko whispered, her voice trembling with a mix of hatred, fear, and sorrow.

"Kuroka!" Rias shouted, her demonic aura flaring instantly as she stepped protectively in front of her Rook. Akeno summoned lightning to her fingertips, and Sona's peerage immediately fell into a defensive formation.

Serafall's aura shifted, the temperature in the room dropping to a chilling degree.

"Jay-chan," the Maou said, her voice completely devoid of its usual cheer.

"Why is an SS-Class Stray Devil, a wanted criminal of the Underworld, sitting in your dining hall?"

Before the tension could snap into violence, Jay raised a single hand.

A pulse of absolute, immovable gravity settled over the room. It wasn't hostile, but it was a clear command. The magic circles flickered and died. The lightning faded.

"Sit down," Jay said, his voice calm but brokering no argument.

"All of you. We are going to eat first. The food will get cold, and I do not tolerate wasted food. I will explain everything once your plates are empty."

Rias gritted her teeth, but the heavenly scent of the food combined with Jay's absolute authority forced her to comply. Slowly, the peerages took their seats on the opposite side of the table from the new guests. Koneko sat rigidly, her eyes never leaving Kuroka, who only offered her younger sister a sad, affectionate smile.

Jay snapped his fingers, and the feast magically floated from the kitchen, plating itself perfectly in front of everyone.

"Eat," Jay commanded.

Hesitantly, Gasper took the first bite of the Jewel Meat. The dhampir's eyes rolled to the back of his head. "T-This is… amazing!" he cried out, shoveling more into his mouth.

The dam broke. The peerages, famished from their torturous training, attacked the food. As they ate, the miraculous effects of the *Toriko* ingredients took hold. The crushing exhaustion in their muscles vanished, replaced by an explosive, lightweight strength. Their mana pools, completely drained by Elysia's crystals, rapidly refilled and expanded, pushing their new Ultimate-Class boundaries even further.

Even the girls noticed the aesthetic changes. Akeno gasped as a small scar on her arm faded completely, her skin taking on a flawless, radiant glow. Asia, who had been eating politely, felt a warm, comforting energy wrap around her soul, easing the lingering anxiety of her exile.

When the last plate was cleared and a comfortable, satisfied silence settled over the hall, Jay leaned back in his chair at the head of the table.

"Now," Jay began, looking directly at Serafall.

"Let's lets talk about Kuroka case first."

Koneko flinched, looking down at her lap.

"She is an SS-Class criminal," Sona said, adjusting her newly polished glasses.

"She murdered her master, a high-ranking Devil of the Naberius pillar, and went stray."

"She did murder him," Jay confirmed calmly.

"But the Underworld's intelligence deliberately buried the *reason* why."

Jay reached into his coat and tossed a glowing memory crystal onto the table. It slid across the polished wood and stopped directly in front of Serafall.

"Play it," Jay instructed.

Serafall infused a drop of her mana into the crystal. A holographic projection sprang to life in the center of the table. It displayed the hidden, underground laboratory of the late Naberius master. The footage clearly showed him detailing an illegal, horrific experiment. He was trying to replicate the power of Super Devils using Nekomata as test subjects.

"The older sister is good but it's not enough," the voice of the Naberius master echoed from the recording, chilling everyone in the room. "Tomorrow, I will initiate the procedure on the younger one, Shirone. Her potential is maybe good too like her"

The projection shifted, showing Kuroka, bloodied and desperate, slaughtering the Devil before he could lay a hand on a sleeping, much younger Koneko.

The recording ended. The silence in the dining hall was deafening.

Koneko was trembling violently. Tears spilled over her cheeks, hitting the table. "N-Nee-sama…?" she choked out, looking at Kuroka.

"You… you killed him to protect me? Why didn't you tell me? Why did you let me hate you?!"

Kuroka's playful facade shattered. Her golden eyes were wet as she looked at her little sister.

"Because if you knew, Shirone… if you defended me, they would have branded you a Stray too. I needed you to be safe. Even if it meant you hated me."

Jay looked at Serafall. "As the Maou in charge of Foreign Affairs and Public Relations, Serafall, I expect you to handle this. The evidence is irrefutable. Clear her name. Pardon her. The true criminal is dead."

Serafall gripped the memory crystal tightly, her eyes blazing with a cold, demonic fury that rarely saw the light of day. "I will. The Naberius family will dealt for hiding this. Kuroka, shirone… I am so sorry the Underworld failed you both."

Koneko didn't wait any longer. She bolted out of her chair, running around the table and burying her face into Kuroka's chest, sobbing uncontrollably. Kuroka wrapped her arms tightly around her little sister, burying her face in Koneko's white hair, crying tears of profound relief.

Elysia smiled warmly, gently wiping a tear from her own eye. "Oh, how beautiful. There is nothing more radiant than a family reunited."

Jay let the sisters have their moment before tapping the table. "Now that the air is cleared, let me introduce the rest of my guests."

Jay pointed to the aristocratic woman next to Kuroka. "This is Valina Lucifer. The current host of the Divine Dividing."

Everyone gasped. The White Dragon Emperor was a woman? And she's a lucifer lineage?!!

"And the two stunning women next to her?" Jay smirked beneath his mask.

"Allow me to introduce Albion, the Vanishing Dragon, and Ygnisia, formerly known as Ddraig, the Welsh Dragon."

The collective jaws of the Gremory and Sitri peerages hit the floor.

"Y-You liberated the Heavenly Dragons?!" Sona stuttered, completely losing her aristocratic composure.

"And they're… they're women?!"

"It's a long story," Ygnisia huffed, crossing her arms and looking away, though a faint blush dusted her cheeks. "Blame the male gods and dragons they fucking annoying they want to court us."

"Exactly think about that that was exhausting" albion said with annoyed tone

"...."

"And the little one is Le Fay Pendragon, a talented witch," Jay finished, gesturing to the nervous blonde girl who offered a timid wave.

Finally, Jay's masked gaze landed on the quiet nun at the end of the table. "And lastly, this is Asia Argento. She is under my direct protection."

Asia bowed her head politely. "I-It is an honor to meet you all."

"Asia possesses a rare Sacred Gear, Twilight Healing, capable of healing ," Jay explained.

"Unfortunately, her kindness was weaponized against her."

Jay pulled a second memory crystal from his coat, sliding it toward Serafall.

"Asia was a devoted nun of the Church. A high-ranking Devil, Diodora Astaroth, deliberately manipulated events. He intentionally injured himself to force Asia to heal him, knowing it would result in her excommunication and exile as a heretic. His plan was to swoop in while she was vulnerable and forcefully reincarnate her as his Bishop to satisfy his twisted obsession with holy women."

The temperature in the room dropped again. Rias's eyes flashed with pure, destructive crimson. "that disgusting piece of trash."

"I intervened before his Fallen Angel accomplices could capture her," Jay said smoothly.

"Serafall, I need two things from you."

Serafall looked up from the crystal, her Maou aura completely visible. "Name it, Jay-chan."

"First, use this evidence to politically crucify Diodora Astaroth. Strip him of his standing. If he tries to retaliate, I will erase his entire clan from existence," Jay stated, the absolute certainty in his voice making the peerages shiver.

"Consider it done," Serafall hissed. "He won't see tomorrow now."

"Second," Jay continued, fixing his masked gaze on the Maou. "As a diplomat, you have channels. I don't just want you to send a letter with this evidence. I want you to set up a meeting. I want to speak with heaven higher up personally."

Serafall blinked, clearly caught off guard by the sheer audacity of the demand.

"A direct meeting with the leader of the Angels? Jay-chan, that's unprecedented for someone outside the faction leaders. The Heaven system is strictly guarded."

"Well i have information they want so they definitely will accept that," Jay replied smoothly.

"I want Asia's excommunication annulled, and I want them to do it directly infront of my eyes. Please help arrange a neutral, secret summit. I will handle the rest."

Serafall looked at the absolute certainty radiating from him and nodded firmly.

"I'll use my highest priority channels. Michael is a reasonable man. With this evidence, he will agree to a private audience."

Asia gasped softly, tears freely falling from her emerald eyes. "Jay-san… you would do all that for me?"

"You did nothing wrong, Asia," Jay said softly, turning toward her.

"Your faith is beautiful, and your kindness is a gift. I will not let corrupt politicians or twisted Devils take that away from you."

The heavy, oppressive tension that had filled the room earlier completely dissolved, replaced by a profound sense of unity. But Jay wasn't finished.

He tapped his knuckles against the polished oak table, the sharp sound instantly drawing everyone's attention.

"I told you that if you pushed past your limits—if you stopped rejecting yourselves and fought with true resolve—you would be rewarded."

He stood up slowly, the crimson lining of his dark coat flickering under the crystalline light.

"Today, every single one of you exceeded my expectations. But two of you, in particular, shattered the deepest chains holding you back."

His masked gaze shifted toward the blonde knight of the Gremory peerage.

"Kiba."

Kiba stiffened, sitting up straight.

"Yes, Jay-sensei?"

"You wielded the Sword of Betrayal. You fought with the desperate speed of a survivor running from the ghosts of the Holy Sword Project,"

Jay said calmly, walking slowly around the table toward him.

"But now, You stopped running."

Jay stopped right behind Kiba. He raised his hand, and a soft, golden light began to pool in his palm.

"The tragedy of your friends was that they never truly moved on," Jay explained, his voice echoing in the quiet hall.

"Their souls didn't enter the cycle of reincarnation. They were anchored to you, lingering in the depths of your Sacred Gear."

Kiba's eyes widened, his breath catching in his throat.

"You mean... they're still with me?"

"They were," Jay corrected.

Jay reached forward, his hand plunging intangibly into Kiba's chest. The knight didn't feel pain, only a sudden, profound warmth. When Jay pulled his hand back, a cluster of brilliant, glowing orbs of soul-light hovered in the air.

"Because their souls were perfectly preserved within your gear, bringing them back comes with zero consequences," Jay stated.

He snapped his fingers.

The golden light flared, expanding and taking physical shape. Creation authorities wove flesh, bone, and breath from the ether. Within seconds, the light faded, revealing several young teenagers dressed in the ragged white robes of the Church facility. They looked around, bewildered, breathing heavily.

"Tosca... Isaiah..." Kiba whispered, his voice completely breaking.

He fell to his knees, tears streaming down his face as his long-lost friends turned to look at him. They were alive. They were warm. The Holy Sword Project victims had been pulled from the abyss.

"Yuuto?" one of the boys whispered, before they all rushed forward, collapsing into a tearful, desperate embrace on the dining room floor.

The rest of the peerages watched in absolute awe. Sona covered her mouth in shock, and even Valina Lucifer watched with wide, unblinking eyes. This wasn't just magic. This was the authorities of a God.

Jay didn't let the shock settle. He turned his attention to the other side of the table.

"Akeno."

The raven-haired priestess jumped slightly, her eyes still wet from watching Kiba's reunion. She looked at Jay, her six wings trembling faintly behind her.

"You finally let go a little to what you hated," Jay said, his tone softening. "You accepted your father's blood. But your case... was vastly more complicated than Kiba's friends."

"What do you mean?" Akeno asked, her voice shaking.

"Kiba's friends were trapped. Their souls were right here," Jay explained.

"But your mother, Shuri Himejima... she truly died. Her soul passed on. To bring her back normally would invite the wrath of the the Shinto Pantheon, creating a massive paradox."

A/N: If i remember carefully all shinto priest will go to shinto phanteon like under world right? CMIIW

Akeno's breath stopped completely. The entire table froze.

"So," Jay said casually, as if he were explaining a minor detour on a walk, "I had to cheat."

The air beside Jay warped violently. A spatial portal tore open, humming with the terrifying, absolute authority of the Time King.

Footsteps echoed from the void.

A clone of Jay walked out of the portal. In his arms, he carried a beautiful woman with long, raven-black hair, dressed in the traditional robes of a Shinto priestess. She appeared to be peacefully asleep.

Akeno stood up so fast her chair clattered to the floor. "M-Mother...?"

The clone gently lowered Shuri Himejima to her feet, supporting her until her eyes slowly fluttered open. The clone then dissolved into particles of light, returning to Jay.

"I couldn't just resurrect her," Jay explained to the dumbfounded room.

"So, I sent my clone back in time to the exact moment of her death. He pulled her out of the timeline a millisecond before the killing blow landed."

"But... but history..." Sona stammered, her strategic mind failing to grasp the sheer scale of the rules Jay had just shattered.

"If she didn't die, the timeline would create paradox!"

"It would," Jay agreed.

"Which is why my clone replaced her with a perfectly crafted, identical fake corpse and a fabricated soul from her own very essence so it can't detect it. The assassins killed the fake. The world recorded her death. History was successfully fooled, and the timeline remained perfectly intact."

Shuri blinked, her gentle, dark eyes slowly taking in the crystalline dining hall before finally landing on the trembling, crying girl with six wings standing in front of her.

"Akeno...?" Shuri whispered, her voice filled with disbelief.

"My sweet Akeno... why you look much big?"

"MOTHER!"

Akeno threw herself forward, crashing into her mother's arms. She broke down completely, sobbing with a raw, agonizing relief that had been bottled up for years. Shuri stroked her daughter's hair, wondering is this real? Like just minutes ago she almost dead now she look at her dauther that already grown up

Rias was crying freely now, holding a hand over her heart. Serafall stared at Jay, her demonic instincts screaming at the sheer impossibility of what he had just done. Time travel? Faking a death to fool the universe itself?

Jay watched the reunion for a moment before his tone turned serious.

"Listen to me carefully, Akeno," Jay said, cutting through the emotional weight of the room.

Akeno looked up, still clinging tightly to her mother.

"She cannot leave this castle atleast yet," Jay warned, his voice leaving no room for argument.

"I bypassed the rules, but the Shinto Pantheon—Amaterasu and the other gods—there are fiercely territorial. If they sense her presence back in the human world or their domain, they will realize they were tricked. It would trigger a massive political and might be a war."

Akeno nodded understandingly, holding shuri tighter.

"I understand. Just being able to hold her again... I don't care if I have to stay hidden forever."

"It won't be forever," Jay reassured her calmly.

"Just until I try to deal with the Shinto faction. For now, this castle exists in underworld and all of her presence concealed at maximum normal people or someone who just enter this castle wouldnt see anything about her not even clayvorance will. She is safe here for now."

Elysia walked gracefully around the table, wiping a tear from her eye. She placed a gentle hand on Akeno's shoulder, her smile radiating pure, profound warmth.

"This is the beautiful reunion we have hete," Elysia whispered softly.

"You did beautifully today, Akeno-chan, koneko- Chan, Kiba-kun. Enjoy your time."

The grand dining hall, usually so vast and quiet, was now filled with the sounds of weeping, laughter, and unbreakable bonds being reforged.

Jay leaned back in his chair, quietly watching the chaos he had orchestrated. He adjusted his mask, crossing his arms over his chest.

Fuck this gonna be chaos, am i doing this right? Or to soon?

Nah let future me deal with that, for now let' s enjoy the moment.

Jay sighed softly
