Nick Fury stood still like a statue as he gazed at the transmission before him where his superiors argued with each other over how to deal with Genosha.
Fury felt furious ( 🦆) upon thinking of what happened, things were getting out of control and he hated it , the reveal of the horrific human rights violations that had occurred in Genosha against Meta humans were trending everywhere.
And right now there was #Meta Lives Matters or MLM movement happening all over the states and multiple countries.
China and Russia had used this opportunity to claim that the US and its allies were worse than the Nazis.
'At least the Nazis didn't try to hide what they truly were' , this narrative made Fury feel a headache as the common people don't understand the kind of sacrifice and hard work it takes to keep them safe.

Fury knew about what was happening in Genosha , but he had turned a blind eye to it. That was easy considering he had only one functioning eye so he just had to conveniently not look at anything related to Genosha.
It was just small thing on the global scale of things , and the research from Genosha might help for the betterment of humanity not to mention too many powers were involved in Genosha and it was better for SHIELD to just ignore the country since it didn't harm any interests nor posed a threat to global security.
In hindsight SHIELD was like a guard dog owned by the influential people at the top , but this dog had a lot of autonomy and was better than the militaries of most countries since SHIELD managed things on a global scale and wasn't liable to follow orders to the T…..

He felt the plan of putting Tariffs was efficient and Genosha was just an upstart country which would soon crumble without the support of the UN.

Adrian helped conquer the nation of Genosha but he left the politics and aftermath to his sister and Magneto.
Emma was more than willing to do it and she was better at handling these kinds of things anyways.
It was not that Adrian was slacking but he didn't want to spend too much time away from Kwanon especially when they were newlywed .
There were people who could do stuff for him , so there was no need for him to do it himself.
And there was nobody he trusted more to handle this matter than Emma herself so there was no problem in that aspect.
Adrian wasn't worried about the matter of resources since he could transmute anything he wanted , but he wouldn't overdo it since it would be better for Genosha to thrive independently rather than depend on a single person, not to mention he could go mining in the other planets for minerals and resources.
So he wasn't worried about Trade nor sustenance , nor was he worried about the country's safety. This was just the beginning as he had already laid his eyes on multiple wartorn countries that were in need of divine intervention….

"Hmm Hmm~ " Kwanon was humming as she was working on the stove, her belly being visibly larger and her curves were much more fuller , and overall she had a maternal glow to her which only made her more beautiful.
Adrian had arrived at the kitchen but he didn't disturb her as he watched her move about while dancing a bit and if he wasn't wrong then she was humming the Doraemon opening.
Adrian had a smile on his face as he leaned against the door frame watching the cute antics of his wife. She was too cute for her own good.
" Aa~ Aa~ Aa~ totte mo daisuki~ Doraemon~ " Kwanon turned around while singing as she swung her ladle around and she froze when she saw Adrian leaning against the door frame.
