Chapter 235 - Ch.235 : Assassin fight and the Final Point

In a fairly dense snowy forest area, Snow Falcon chased Veyra all the way here—but he lost her trail.

"She should be hiding somewhere here," Snow Falcon thought.

He immediately started tracking with his sharp eyes.

Then, when he reached the middle of the area, several needles almost hit him. His instincts saved him, and he easily dodged all those poisoned needles.

"So you really stopped here… come out, you coward," Snow Falcon said.

Then from above, Veyra appeared with her karambit, diving down toward Snow Falcon. Snow Falcon also pulled out his karambit and blocked it.

But Veyra immediately followed up with a kick to the side, forcing Snow Falcon to step back a few meters.

Veyra prepared to attack again with a sharp gaze—and so did Snow Falcon.

Snow Falcon smiled and acted like he was dusting off his clothes. "Show me."

"There's nothing I need to show you," Veyra dashed forward and attacked faster and faster with her karambit.

Snow Falcon wasn't any slower and matched Veyra's movements. Their karambits clashed repeatedly, the sound echoing nonstop.

But Veyra didn't stop—she kept attacking in combos, adding kicks into her strikes. Snow Falcon matched her leg movements too. Every time Veyra tried to kick, Snow Falcon kicked back, and they ended up colliding their legs against each other.

Their movements were perfectly in sync despite their different titles.

After attacking for quite a while, Veyra stepped back slightly and pulled out her poisoned needles. She threw them, aiming at Snow Falcon's vital points to paralyze him for a moment.

Snow Falcon realized it—but instead of backing off, he charged straight at Veyra.

"DON'T KEEP YOUR DISTANCE, YOU BASTARD PTARMIGAN!!"

Veyra didn't care and kept throwing the needles. Some were dodged by Snow Falcon—but he didn't expect one coming from above.

It turned out Veyra had thrown one into the air earlier, perfectly timing when it would fall.

And that needle hit right on Snow Falcon's upper shoulder. His body instantly weakened from the impact, especially as the poison quickly spread.

Snow Falcon fell—but slowly stood up again. Veyra stayed completely cold and immediately kicked his face, sending him flying and landing flat on the ground, his nose bleeding.

"Get up. You were so eager chasing me earlier," Veyra said coldly.

Snow Falcon got up, sat for a moment, then slowly stood again despite his weakened state, staring sharply at Veyra.

"Yeah… no surprise from someone who once killed a predator," Snow Falcon said.

Veyra's expression immediately turned annoyed. She walked toward Snow Falcon, gripping her karambit tightly.

"Just die, you bastard!" Veyra shouted as she aimed her karambit at his neck.

But Veyra got careless, carried away by emotion—her leg was suddenly swept by Snow Falcon, making her fall. Snow Falcon immediately countered by stabbing her thigh with his karambit.

"Want me to rip it open…? Damn you," Snow Falcon said as he stood tall, glaring at Veyra.

"Ugh… bastard…" Veyra endured the intense pain.

Snow Falcon didn't care. He pulled his karambit, tearing through Veyra's thigh, making her scream in pain.

Snow Falcon licked the blood off his karambit.

Then he turned and left, thinking Veyra couldn't do anything anymore.

But suddenly—Veyra appeared behind him with a cold expression and stabbed his shoulder.

Snow Falcon was shocked—his instincts didn't catch it. He immediately slammed Veyra to the ground and beat her mercilessly until she was completely battered.

"Huft… this ptarmigan bastard is persistent too… but still an idiot," Snow Falcon said as he walked away again.

Veyra was still moving—she threw poisoned needles toward Snow Falcon, but he noticed and dodged them.

He turned back toward Veyra with an irritated, angry expression.

"DO YOU WANT TO DIE? I ALREADY SPARED YOU ON PURPOSE, AND THIS IS HOW YOU ACT?!"

Snow Falcon punched her face once more, then stabbed her stomach and pulled it back out with his karambit.

"You better remember this… karma, ex-predator."

Snow Falcon left with a cold gaze, leaving Veyra in a terrible condition.

---

On his way back, Snow Falcon saw Snowy Owl.

"Huh? What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to stay at the base? You didn't fight anyone, right?" Snow Falcon asked, confused.

Snowy Owl panicked. "Ah, I was just noting the directions all of you went, so if something bad happens, I can help."

Snow Falcon narrowed his eyes. "You think we're weak? They're obviously going to die at our hands. Go back—you're our brain, don't wander around for no reason."

Snowy Owl apologized and said he would leave.

But Snow Falcon stopped him. "Wait… how do you know all our directions at the same time?"

Snowy Owl tried to stay calm and said it was because he saw everything from the border CCTV before leaving—it was all clear.

Snow Falcon, too lazy to think further, just nodded. "Fine then, go back quickly."

Snowy Owl nodded and suggested that Snow Falcon should help White Wolf.

Snow Falcon thought for a moment. "White Wolf is facing that Tiger… seriously, would he struggle? I should go check."

All the predator faction members who had finished their fights started heading toward White Wolf's location at the same time to help.

---

In the middle of the central city, White Wolf hadn't left—that meant the fight happened right there.

The wolves had fallen, blood was everywhere. Bunny was unconscious. Only White Wolf remained, staring coldly, while Fang stood there with his chest covered in claw marks, blood still dripping.

All of this was witnessed by the tourists, making them panic and shout—but also curious.

They thought White Wolf was their protector, holding back a savage human.

Not long after, Cold Orca arrived first, raging. "WHITE WOLF, I'M GOING TO KILL THEM ALL!"

Then Snow Falcon arrived calmly, observing White Wolf's condition—which still looked better compared to Fang.

Snow Leopard came with a weakened body and immediately sat down from exhaustion, while White Bear, whose leg was already in terrible shape, arrived casually as if he didn't care.

Snow Falcon helped him, and all of them started wondering where Snow Sniper was.

"No way she lost," Snow Falcon thought.

They all looked relaxed—but in reality, they didn't know that White Wolf was the one enduring the most pain right now.

Fang smiled when he saw all the factions gathered here—as if his plan had worked.

"HAHAHAHAHA!! You all came just to watch me? You can kill me together with your leader… but you should know what his ego is like. In the end, you'll be the ones getting blamed. I'll just say this… never underestimate the Defense faction if you don't want to regret it," Fang said firmly.

They were all confused—why was Fang saying something so ridiculous when all his members had already been slaughtered…?
